Սպանության փորձ կատարելու կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել է 29-ամյա երիտասարդ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Աջափնյակ և Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում ձեռնարկված քննչական և դատավարական այլ մեծածավալ գործողությունների, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների հետ համատեղ իրականացված անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումների արդյունքում բացահայտվել է նախօրեին 36-ամյա տղամարդու նկատմամբ առերևույթ կատարված սպանության փորձի դեպքը:

Այս մասին հայտնում են Քննչական կոմիտեից։

Նախնական տեղեկություններով, 2022թ. փետրվարի 10-ին` ժամը 17:25-ին, բժշկական կենտրոնից հաղորդում է ստացվել այն մասին, որ նույն օրը «Կտրած-ծակած, հարթ եզրերով արյունահոսող, այդ թվում` որովայնի խոռոչ թափանցող վերքեր՝ ստամոքսի վնասումով» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել Երևան քաղաքի՝ 36-ամյա բնակիչ:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Աջափնյակ և Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ` ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:

Իրականացված անհետաձգելի միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել են դեպքի՝ էական նշանակություն ունեցող մի շարք հանգամանքներ, այդ թվում՝ դեպքի վայրը, ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, ով Երևան քաղաքի՝ 1992 թվականին ծնված բնակիչ է, ինչպես նաև հայտնաբերվել է որպես հանցագործության գործիք հանդիսացող դանակը:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, որի ընթացքում հայտնաբերվել են արնանման հետքեր, վերցվել են փորձանմուշներ, առգրավվել են տուժողի և առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի հագին՝ դեպքի պահին եղած հագուստները: Տուժողի մարմնական վնասվածքի բնույթը, ծանրության աստիճանը, առաջացման մեխանիզմը և մի շարք այլ հանգամանքներ պարզելու նպատակով նշանակվել է դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն:

Իրականացված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը հայտնաբերվել և ձերբակալվել է՝ 36-ամյա տղամարդու նկատմամբ սպանության փորձ կատարելու կասկածանքով, և հարցաքննվել է դեպքի հանգամանքների շուրջ:

Ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու, օբյեկտիվ և բազմակողմանի քննություն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
