Սպանություն Շենգավիթում. կասկածյալը ձերբակալվել է

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում ձեռնարկված մեծածավալ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողությունների, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների հետ համատեղ իրականացված միջոցառումների արդյունքում բացահայտվել է նախօրեին Եղբայրության փողոցի բնակարաններից մեկում տեղի ունեցած սպանության դեպքը: Այս մասին հայտնում է ՀՀ ՔԿ-ն։

Նախնական տեղեկություններով՝ 2022թ.փտրվարի 11-ին՝ ժամը 18:35-ին, շտապօգնության ենթակայանից ահազանգ է ստացվել այն մասին, որ Երևան քաղաքի Եղբայրության փողոցի բնակարաններից մեկում կրծքավանդակի ծակած թափանցող վերքով հայտնաբերվել է տղամարդու դիակ:

Անմիջապես դեպքի վայր է մեկնել քննչական-օպերատիվ խումբը և նշված բնակարանի հյուրասենյակի բազմոցի վրա հայտնաբերել նույն բնակարանի` 1962թ. ծնված բնակչի դին՝ կրծքավանդակի ձախ հատվածում կտրած-ծակած վերքով, և դանակ:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում իրականացված անհետաձգելի միջոցառումների արդյունքում սպնություն կատարելու կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել է 1999թ. ծնված երիտասարդ և հարցաքննվել դեպքի հանգամանքների շուրջ:

Քրեական գործով էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքներ պարզելու նպատակով նշանակվել են դատահետքաբանական և դիակի դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ, առգրավվել են տոժողի և կասկածյալի հագին դեպքի պահին եղած հագուստները, վերցվել են փորձանմուշներ:

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է: Ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ՝ տղամարդու՝ կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի մարմնական վնասվածք ստանալու բոլոր հանգամանքները, շարժառիթը պարզելու, օբյեկտիվ և բազմակողմանի քննություն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:
