Հայաստանի «ժողովրդավարությունը» սրիկաների վերջին հանգրվանն է. Արմեն Աշոտյան

Արմեն Աշոտյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է՝
 
Հայաստանի «ժողովրդավարությունը» սրիկաների վերջին հանգրվանն է:
 
«Ժողովրդավարությունը Հայաստանի բրենդ» հռչակած և Հայաստանը «Ժողովրդավարության բաստիոն» հայտարարած իշխանություններին նույնիսկ իրենց գեոպոլիտիկ հովանավորները չեն կարողանում բնութագրել ավելին՝ քան «հիբրիդային ռեժիմ»-ն է։
 
Բրիտանական economist intelligence unit-ը հրապարակել է 2021թ-ի ժողովրդավարության ինդեքսը, որտեղ «Հայաստանը» պահպանել է իր «պատվավոր» 89-րդ տեղը և «հիբրիդային ռեժիմի» «տիտղոսը»։
 
Իհարկե, ոչ ոք չի պնդում բրիտանական զեկույցի անաչառության հարցում, այն միշտ էլ աշխարհաքաղաքական համատեքստ է ունեցել և այս զեկույցում էլ առկա է ակնհայտ քաղաքական տարրը։
 
Օրինակ, ցածր պահելով Վրաստանի գնահատականը՝ ակնհայտորեն փորձ է արվել «պատժել» Վրաստանին՝ Սահակաշվիլիի ձերբակալության համար, Հայաստանի գնահատականի չնչին բարձրացումն էլ նպատակ է հետապնդում խրախուսելու գործող իշխանությունների «գեոպոլիտիկ մարմնավաճառությունը»։
 
Բացի այդ, զեկույցը ակնհայտ հակաչինական է, անգամ վերնագիրն է այդպիսին՝ «Չինաստանի մարտահրավերը»։ Ուստի Նիկոլի տեսանելի հակաչինական քայլերը պիտի գնահատանքի արժանանային Լոնդոնի կողմից։
 
Սակայն անգամ այս պարագայում, Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունների աշխարհաքաղաքական հովանավորները ամբողջությամբ չեն կարողանում նկարել ակնհայտ հաջողություններ ժողովրդավարության ոլորտում։
 
Նույնիսկ այսքան մեզ տանջելով, Արցախը կորցնելով, 5000 տղաների զոհաբերելով, ազգային սկզբունքներից և կարմիր գծերից հրաժարվելով և «խաղաղության դարաշրջանի» կեղծ քարոզչություն սկսելով գործող իշխանությունները մնացել հեն «հիբրիդային ռեժիմների» դաշտում՝ հանգրվանելով այնպիսի երկրների կողքին, ինչպիսիք են օրինակ Հոնդուրասը, Գվատեմալան, Մադագասկարն ու Տանզանիան(Նիկոլի լոգիկայով պարզվում է, որ ժողովրդավարությունը ոչ միայն Հայաստանի, այլ նաև այս երկրների բրենդն է)։
 
Հետաքրքրական է, որ Հայաստանի ցուցանիշներից չնչին ավելացել է կառավարության գործունեության գնահատականը, որը ուղիղ ժեստ է աշխարհաքաղաքական որոշ կենտրոնների կողմից ուղղված Նիկոլի կառավարությանը՝ հաշվի առնելով վերջինիս զիջողականությունը և տարածաշրջանում նոր զիջումներ կատարելու պատրաստակամությունը։
 
Հատկապես Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի հետ սերտ կապեր ունեցող Բրիտանիայի դեպքում այդ զիջողականությունը «բարձր» է գնահատվել։
 
Հայաստանում Ժողովրդավարության հարցը հիմա առհասարակ կեղծ օրակարգ է երկու պատճառով՝
1․ Երկրի ներսում ակնհայտ է, որ ավտորիտար միտումներն ուժեղացել են (դրա մասին բրիտանացիները չէ, որ մեզ պետք է ասեն, դա կփաստի Երևանի փողոցներով անցնող ցանկացած քաղաքացի)։
 
2․ Հայաստանի ժողովրդավարացման անվան տակ 2018թ-ին իշխանության եկավ ազգային աղետը, որը 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո նոր խայտառակ մակարդակի հասցրեց և էլ ավելի սաստկացրեց Հայաստանի ազգային անվտանգության մարտահրավերները։
 
Բզկտվող եւ ավտորիտար Հայաստանում «ժողովրդավարություն» խաղացնելը սրիկաների վերջին հանգրվանն է։
