Պլաստիկային ռեյդեր. հայկական խանութներում ստուգում են մեկանգամյա օգտագործման տոպրակների հաստությունը

mir24.tv–ն գրում է, որ Հայաստանի խանութներում ստուգում են մեկանգամյա օգտագործման տոպրակների հաստությունը։ Ըստ նոր օրենքի այն պետք է լինի 50 միկրոնից ավել։ Այսինքն երկրի իշխանությունները հոգ են տանում շրջակա միջավայրի մասին։ 

Չափման մեխանիզմը բավականին պարզ է, այն իրականացվում է միկրոմետր հատուկ սարքի միջոցով: Եթե կա խախտում, ապա անմիջապես տեսուչները գրում են անհամապատասխանության արձանագրություն։ Սուպերմարկետում պատասխանատու են մոտեցել հարցին։ «Ինձ դուր են գալիս օրենքի փոփոխությունները։ Իհարկե, մենք այստեղ պոլիէթիլենային տոպրակներ ենք վաճառում, բայց ավելի ու ավելի շատ մարդիկ են հրաժարվում դրանցից հօգուտ կտորեղենի»,- ասել է սուպերմարկետի մենեջեր Հեղինե Նորեկյանը։

Նման արշավանքներ այժմ տեղի կունենան անընդհատ։ Օրվա ընթացքում տեսուչները ստուգում են տասնյակ օբյեկտներ, նույնիսկ ամենափոքր խանութները։ Դրանցում բարեփոխումները դեռևս վատ են արմատավորվել։ «Այն բանից հետո, երբ մենք խախտումների արձանագրություն ենք կազմում, տնօրենը կամ ղեկավարը պետք է ստորագրեն այն։ Այնուհետև այդ փաստաթուղթն ուղարկվում է քաղաքապետարանի համապատասխան վարչություն, որտեղ էլ հանձնաժողովը սահմանում է տուգանքի չափը», - պարզաբանել է Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի առևտրի և սպասարկումների վարչության գլխավոր մասնագետ Հայկ Սիմոնյանը։ Միջին հաշվով տուգանքը 40-ից 60 դոլլար է։ Տուգանքի չափը կախված է սխալ փաթեթների քանակից և նույնիսկ խանութի սեփականատիրոջ ստուգման նկատմամբ արձագանքից։ «Շատ դեպքերում մենք պարզապես բացատրական աշխատանք ենք կատարել ու տուգանել։ Այս պահին ունենք մոտ 110 տուգանք, բայց ցուցանիշը ամեն օր փոխվում է, որովհետև ստուգումները չեն դադարում»,- ասել է Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի Առևտրի և սպասարկումների վարչության պետ Հովիկ Սաֆարյանը։

Տարեսկզբից Հայաստանում արգելվել են 50 միկրոնից ավելի բարակ պատերով տոպրակները։ Նորերն ավելի թանկ արժեն՝ մոտ տասը ցենտ։ Առայժմ խանութները կարող են օգտագործել սննդային թաղանթ և վերամշակված տոպրակներ: Բայց շուտով նրանք նույնպես դուրս կգան շրջանառությունից։ Հաջորդը հերթը կհասնի մեկանգամյա օգտագործման պլաստիկ սպասքին:
