ՆԱՏՕ-ն կարող է մարտական խմբեր տեղակայել Սև ծովի շրջանում

ՆԱՏՕ-ն քննարկում է Ռումինիայում մարտական խմբեր տեղակայելու հնարավորությունը: Այդ մասին հայտարարել է գլխավոր քարտուղար Ենս Ստոլտենբերգը, տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը:

«Մենք այժմ ուսումնասիրում ենք դաշինքի հարավ-արևելքում երկարաժամկետ ներկայության հնարավորությունը: Այժմ մենք մարտական խմբեր ունենք բալթյան երկրներում և Լեհաստանում: Մենք ուսումնասիրում ենք Ռումինիայում, Սև ծովի շրջանում, նմանօրինակ խմբեր տեղակայելու հնարավորությունը»,-հայտնել է նա Մեծ Բրիտանիայի վարչապետ Բորիս Ջոնսոնի հետ համատեղ անցկացված մամուլի ասուլիսում:

Դաշինքի ղեկավարը նաև հավելել է, որ այսօր Ուկրաինայի բանակն անհամեմատ ավելի լավ է պատրաստված, քան 2014 թվականին:

«Նրանք (Ուկրաինայի պաշտպանության ուժերը) ավելի լավ են հանդերձավորված, ավելի լավ են պատրաստված, ավելի լավ են կառավարվում»,-ասել է նա:

Ստոլտենբերգի խոսքով՝ «Մեծ Բրիտանիան, դաշինքի մյուս երկրներն աջակցություն են ցուցաբերում Ուկրաինայի պաշտպանության ուժերին, որպեսզի նրանք կարողանան պաշտպանվել, դա յուրաքանչյուր ազգի իրավունքն է»: Վերջին ամիսներին Արևմուտքը Մոսկվային մեղադրում է Ուկրաինա «ներխուժում» պատրաստելու համար և ուժեղացնում իր ներկայությունն Արևելյան Եվրոպայում:

Ռուսաստանում մերժում են բոլոր նկրտումները՝ ընդգծելով, որ զորքեր են տեղաբաշխում սեփական տարածքների սահմաններում, ինչպես նաև հիշեցնում են, որ չեն մասնակցում ներուկրաինական հակամարտությանը և չեն խախտում որևիցե պայմանավորվածություն ի տարբերություն Կիևի, որը չի պահպանում Մինսկի համաձայնությունները:

Փաստաթուղթը նախատեսում է սահմանադրական բարեփոխման անցկացում, հրադադար, ծանր սպառազինությունների հետքաշում շփման գծից: Մոսկվայում քանիցս կոչ են արել դադարեցնել զենքի տեղափոխումը տարածաշրջան, քանի որ դա կարող է Կիևին հրահրել ռազմական արկածախնդրության:
