Դեբեդ գետում խեղդված 4-ամյա երեխայի գործով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել մանկապարտեզի դաստիարակչուհուն

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության Թումանյանի քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել նախադպրոցական ուսումնական հաստատության դաստիարակչուհուն՝ մանկահասակ երեխայի մահվան համար:

Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել ենք` 2017 թվականի փետրվարի 14-ին` առավոտյան, Դեբեդ գետի ափին հայտնաբերվել էր 2013 թ. ծնված տղա երեխայի մարմինը, ում նույն օրը մայրը տարել էր նախադպրոցական ուսումնական հաստատություն և հանձնել նշված հաստատության դաստիարակչուհու հսկողությանը։

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ՔԿ Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության Թումանյանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցված քրեական գործով իրականացվել են մեծածավալ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողություններ՝ դեպքի հանգամանքների օբյեկտիվ, լրիվ և բազմակողմանի հետազոտումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:

Արդյունքում, փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ երեխան նախադպրոցական ուսումնական հաստատության շենքից դուրս է եկել պատասխանատու անձի անփութության հետևանքով։ Մասնավորապես՝ ստորագրված աշխատանքային պայմանագրի համաձայն՝ Լոռու մարզի բնակչուհին աշխատել է նախադպրոցական ուսումնական հաստատությունում՝ որպես դաստիարակ, ում պարտականությունների մեջ է մտել հսկողություն իրականացնել իրեն վստահված երեխայի նկատմամբ։ Սակայն դրսևորված անգործության և անփութության հետևանքով մանկահասակ երեխան, ով ունեցել է խոսքի որոշ խնդիրներ, միայնակ դուրս է եկել նախադպրոցական ուսումնական հաստատության տարածքից և գնացել շուրջ 300 մ. հեռավորության վրա գտնվող Դեբեդ գետի ուղղությամբ, որի ափին էլ հայտնաբերվել է փոքրիկի դին՝ բերանքսիվայր ջուրն ընկած վիճակում:

Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ դաստիարակչուհուն մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 109-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
