Երեւանի կենտրոնում 29-ամյա երիտասարդն սպանել է ծաղկավաճառին

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական երրորդ բաժնում Երևան քաղաքի Ամիրյան-Մաշտոց փողոցների խաչմերուկում տեղի ունեցած սպանության դեպքի առթիվ քննվող քրեական գործով ձերբակալվել է Երևան քաղաքի բնակիչ: Այս մասին հաղորդում է ՔԿ-ն:

2022թ. հունվարի 30-ին ժամը՝ 01:58-ին, բժշկական կենտրոնից ահազանգ է ստացվել այն մասին, որ կտրած-ծակած վնասվածքներով իրենց մոտ տեղափոխել է տղամարդու դիակ։

Ձեռնարկված քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողությունների, ինչպես նաև Ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների հետ համատեղ իրականացված անհետաձգելի միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել են տղամարդու՝ կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի մարմնական վնասվածքներ ստանալու մի շարք հանգամանքներ, այդ թվում՝ մահացածի և ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանց ինքնությունը, դեպքի վայրը:

Ըստ նախնական տեղեկությունների՝ 2022թ. հունվարի 30-ին՝ ժամը 01:15-ի սահմաններում, Երևան քաղաքի Ամիրյան և Մաշտոց փողոցների խաչմերուկի հատվածում գործող ծաղկի վաճառակետի դիմաց Երևան քաղաքի 29-ամյա բնակիչը վիճաբանել է նույն վաճառակետի 34-ամյա աշխատակցի հետ, որի ընթացքում իր մոտ գտնվող դանակով հարվածներ է հասցրել վերջինիս մարմնի տարբեր մասերին՝ ապօրինաբար, դիտավորությամբ կյանքից զրկելով վերջինիս։

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական երրորդ բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, որի ընթացքում հայտնաբերվել է որպես հանցագործության գործիք հանդիսացող դանակի բռնակը՝ արնանման հետքերով: Վերցվել են փորձանմուշներ, հարցաքննվել են վկաներ, նշանակվել են մի շարք փորձաքննություններ:

Նույն օրը 29-ամյա երիտասարդը ձերբակալվել է՝ սպանություն կատարելու կասկածանքով, հարցաքննվել դեպքի հանգամանքների շուրջ՝ տալով ինքնախոստովանական ցուցմունք:

Կատարվում է նախաքննություն: Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ՝ օբյեկտիվ և բազմակողմանի քննություն ապահովելու, ցուցմունքներում մատնանշված հանգամանքներն ստուգելու ուղղությամբ:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
