«Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանում հայտնաբերվել են ՊՇՌ թեստի և պատվաստվման կեղծ վկայականներ

«Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանում ՊՇՌ թեստի կեղծ սերտիֆիկատների և պատվաստված լինելու կեղծ բացասական պատասխաններ պատրաստելու, իրացնելու կասկած հարուցող դեպքերից  9-ով հարուցվել են քրեական գործեր, տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ առողջապահական և աշխատանքի տեսչական մարմինը:

«2021 թ-ի օգոստոս-դեկտեմբեր ամիսների ընթացքում տեսչական մարմնի աշխատակիցների կողմից հայտնաբերված, Երևանի «Զվարթնոց» միջազգային օդանավակայանի հսկիչ կետով ՀՀ մուտք գործելու համար պարտադիր՝ կորոնավիրուսային թեստի, պատվաստման սերտիֆիկատի կեղծ բացասական պատասխաններ պատրաստելու և իրացնելու կասկած հարուցող դեպքերից  9-ով, ՀՀ ՔԿ ԵՔՔՎ «Զվարթնոց» միջազգային օդանավակայանի տարածքում կատարված հանցագործությունների քննության բաժնի կողմից հարուցվել են քրեական գործեր։ Դրանցից 5 դեպքով գործերն արդեն ուղարկվել են դատարան»,-ասված է հաղորդագրությունում:

Լ․ Մ․-ն 2021 թ-ի հոկտեմբերի 18-ին «Զվարթնոց» միջազգային օդանավակայանում ներկայացրել է Covid-19 համավարակի դեմ պատվաստված լինելու կեղծ վկայական։ Գործի վարույթը կասեցվել է ՀՀ ՔԴՕ 31-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի 2-րդ կետով (մեղադրյալը թաքնվել է քննությունից կամ դատից, կամ նրա գտնվելու վայրն այլ պատճառներով պարզված չէ):

Հ․ Օ․-ն, Ս․ Ա․-ն, Ա․ Խ․-ն և Ա․ Թ․-ն տեսչական մարմնի աշխատակիցներին ներկայացրել են իրենց բջջային հեռախոսների մեջ առկա Covid-19 համավարակի ՊՇՌ թեստի կեղծ պատասխաններ։ 01.12.2021 թ-ին հարուցվել է 3 քր․ գործ, որոնք միացվել են և 1 վարույթով ուղարկվել դատարան։

Տեսչական մարմինը ևս մեկ անգամ հորդորում է զերծ մնալ կեղծարարություններից, պահպանել ՀՀ կառավարության 1514-Ն որոշմամբ սահմանված ՀՀ մուտք գործելու պահանջները:
