Թուրքիայի Արտաքին գործերի նախարար Մևլյութ Չավուշօղլուն հայտարարել է, որ հայաստանցի իր պաշտոնակից Արարատ Միրզոյանն ու հայ-թուրքական բանակցություններում Հայաստանի հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանը հնարավոր է մասնակցեն մարտին Անթալիայում կայանալիք դիվանագիտական ֆորումին:

«Անթալիայի դիվանագիտական ֆորումին հրավիրել ենք Հայաստանի արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանին և հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանին: Օրերս Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել է, թե հրավիրյալները կարող են մասնակցել ֆորումին: Գոհ կլինենք: Քանի որ Ադրբեջանն էլ է մասնակցելու: Այս հարթակում թող Ադրբեջանն էլ իր կարծիքը հայտնի, Հայաստանն էլ: Ըստ էության, սա կլինի վստահության բարձրացմանը ուղղված քայլերի մի մասը», - ասել է Չավուշօղլուն:

Երևանն առայժմ պաշտոնապես չի հստակեցրել՝ արդյո՞ք ընդունել են Անկարայի հրավերը։

Մարտի 11-13-ը կայանալիք ֆորումին Հայաստանին հրավիրելու մասին անցած շաբաթ հայտարարել էր Թուրքիայի արտգործնախարարը։ Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարությունից կարճ ժամանակ անց հաստատեցին, որ ստացել են հրավերը, և քննարկվում է միջոցառմանը նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանի մասնակցության նպատակահարմարությունը։

Իսկ երկուշաբթի օրը վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը իր առցանց ասուլիսի ժամանակ հայտարարեց՝ հավանականությունը շատ մեծ է, որ Հայաստանը կընդունի Թուրքիայի հրավերը՝ դա կապելով հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացի հետ։ Հայաստանի ղեկավարը անտրամաբանական էր համարել հարևանների հետ խոսելու առիթը բաց թողնելը։

Այսօր խորհրդարանի արտաքին հարաբերությունների հարցերով հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Էդուարդ Աղաջանյանը պատասխանելով «Ազատության» հարցին, ասաց, թե այս պահին ֆորումին մասնակցելու վերջնական որոշում չկա. - «Ուզում եմ այս պահին ուղղակի տեղեկացնել, որ այդ լուրը ևս քիչ առաջ ինձ հասավ, և ես մինչ այստեղ գալը հասցրել եմ պարոն Ռուբինյանի հետ քննարկել հարցը և այս պահի դրությամբ կարող եմ ասել, որ որոշում կայացված չէ։ Այս պահի դրությամբ մասնակցության վերաբերյալ վերջնական որոշում չկա»։

Արդեն երկրորդ անգամ անցկացվող Անթալիայի դիվանագիտական ֆորումը հարթակ է, որտեղ աշխարհի տարբեր երկրներից հրավիրված պետական առաջնորդները, քաղաքական գործիչները, դիվանագետները, գիտնականներն ու գործարարները քննարկում են աշխարհաքաղաքական և տարածաշրջանային հարցեր, ներկայացնում իրենց տեսակետները, տեսլականներն ու լուծման հեռանկարները: Անցած տարի կայացած առաջին ֆորումին մասնակցել էին Հայաստանի հարևաններ Իրանի, Վրաստանի և Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարարները։

Նախարար Չավուշօղլուն այսօր հայտարարել է, որ արդեն 45 երկրի արտգործնախարար և 30 միջազգային կառույցի ներկայացուցիչ հաստատել է իր մասնակցությունը:

Կենտրոնական Աֆրիկայի Հանրապետության արտգործնախարարի հետ համատեղ ասուլիսի ժամանակ Չավուշօղլուն խոսել է նաև մոտ երկու շաբաթ առաջ հայ և թուրք բանագնացների մոսկովյան հանդիպման մասին՝ նշելով, որ Սերդար Քըլըչը և Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանը դեմ առ դեմ առաջին հանդիպումից հետո մշտական հեռախոսային կապի մեջ են և հաջորդ հանդիպման վայրն ու ամսաթիվը կողմերը միասին են որոշելու: Նա նշել է, որ առաջին՝ ճանաչողական բնույթի հանդիպումից հետո բանագնացներն այժմ քննարկելու են հետագա քայլերը: Չավուշօղլուն նաև հիշեցրել է, որ թուրքական և հայկական ավիաընկերությունները փետրվարից փոխադարձ թռիչքներ են սկսելու:
