Առողջապահության նախարարի հրամանը մեծ վնաս է հասցրել ռեստորաններին. 70 տոկոս վնաս են կրել (տեսանյութ)

 

Հանրային սննդի ոլորտը լուրջ վնասներ է կրել ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարի հրամանի հետեւանքով։ Վերջին մի քանի օրերին արդեն 70 տոկոս վնաս են կրել։

Այդ մասին այսօր «Փաստինֆո»-ին ասել են հենց ռեստորանների տնօրեններն ու մենեջերները։ Նկատենք, որ մեր ստուգայցի ժամանակ հանրային սննդի կետերը գրեթե դատարկ էին։

Մայրաքաղաքի սիրված ռեստորաններից մեկի տնօրենի խոսքերով այս պահին 70 տոկոսով նվազել են այցելուները, բայց դեռ սպասողական վիճակում՝ հետագա քայլերը որոշելու համար։

Մեկ ուրիշ ռեստորանի մենեջեր էլ նկատել է, որ նախկինում առավոտյան, լանչի և երեկոյան ժամերին բազմամարդ է եղել տվյալ ռեստորանը, նույնիսկ նախապես են ամրագրումներ իրականացրել, իսկ այսօր արդեն հաճախորդի խնդիր ունեն։

Միակ լուծումը, ըստ նրա, այն կլինի, որ ռեստորանային համայնքը միասնական ուժով պայքարի, քանի որ այս իրավիճակը ոլորտային անկման է տանելու։

Նշենք, որ ռեստորանների ներկայացուցիչներից շատերը խուսափում էին տեսախցիկի առաջ ներկայացնել ոլորտի մարտահրավերները՝ մտավախություն ունենալով, որ դա կարող է նոր խնդիրների պատճառ դառնալ, իսկ իրենք ունեն աշխատակիցներ։ Զրուցակցից մեկի խոսքով՝ իրենց ռեստորանային ցանցն ունի 140 աշխատակից ու իր խոսքի պատճառով գուցե աշխատակիցները մնան առանց աշխատանքի։
