Գործունեության փոփոխություն. հայ ամուսնական զույգը համաճարակի ժամանակ բացել է ճագարների սեփական ֆերմա

mir24.tv-ն գրում է, որ Հայաստանից մի զույգ իր  մասնագիտությունն է գտել համաճարակի ժամանակ: Կարանտինի պատճառով նրանք կորցրել են իրենց աշխատանքը զբոսաշրջության ոլորտում և բացել ճագարների ֆերմա։ Նրանք իրենց նոր փորձով կիսվել են MIR 24-ի թղթակից Վարդ Մկրտչյանի հետ։

Այս ճագարները ընդամենը երկու օրական են։ Առայժմ նրանց համար ամենակարևորը ջերմությունն ու մոր կաթն է։ Ընդամենը երկու շաբաթ և փոքրիկ ձագերին արդեն կարելի է մնացած ճագարների հետ պահել: «Սրանք կալիֆորնիական ճագարներ են՝ սպիտակ մորթով։ Դա շատ սիրված ցեղատեսակ է: Մսից բացի գնահատվում է նաև նրանց մորթին։ Բացի այդ, նրանց գոմաղբը նույնպես դեն չի նետվում, այն կարելի է օգտագործել որպես գերազանց պարարտանյութ և օգտագործել ֆերմայում»,- պատմել է ֆերմեր Աելիտա Չոբանյանը։

Երբ զբոսաշրջային բիզնեսը ստիպված էր փակվել համաճարակի ժամանակ, Աելիտան և նրա ամուսինը որոշել են փոխել աշխատանքի ուղղությունը: Նրանք տնակի նկուղը վերածել են ֆերմայի, գնել են վանդակներ և սնունդ։ Սկսել են 20 ճագարով, և մեկ տարում դրանց թիվը հասցրել գրեթե 300-ի։ «Հանրապետությունում ճագարներ բուծվում են, բայց դա մեծ մասշտաբներով չէ։ ճագարի մսի պահանջարկը մեծ է, քանի այն  առողջարար է, դիետիկ։ Բացի այդ, բուծումը մեծ ռեսուրսներ չի պահանջում, իսկ կենդանիներն իրենք են արագորեն բազմանում, երկու ամիսը մեկ էգը կարող է վեց-յոթ ձագ լույս աշխարհ բերել»,- պարզաբանել է Աելիտա Չոբանյանը։

Գաղափարը իսկական բիզնես գտածո է դարձել։ Զույգը որոշել է ընդլայնվել, սակայն գումարը չի բավականացրել։ Նրանք բիզնես ծրագիր են ուղարկել ՄԱԿ-ի գյուղատնտեսության զարգացման ծրագրին և շահել դրամաշնորհ: Արդյունքում իրենց տնից ոչ հեռու հողատարածք են գնել և նոր ֆերմա կառուցել։ «Նոր շենքը հագեցած է օդափոխության համակարգով, ջեռուցմամբ և կոյուղով։ Ավելի բարենպաստ պայմաններ են։ Մենք արդեն բավականաչափ փորձ ունենք, ուստի նոր պայմաններում կփորձենք բարձրացնել ծնելիությունը, ընդլայնել մեր տնտեսությունը՝ հասցնելով այն 500 ճագարի»,- ասել է ֆերմեր Նվեր Ավետիսյանը։

Առայժմ ճագարի միսը վաճառվում է սոցիալական ցանցերի միջոցով։ Առաջիկայում նախատեսվում է կազմակերպել դրա մատակարարումը տեղի ռեստորաններին, սուպերմարկետներին և շուկաներին։
