Ադրբեջանցիները ոչխարները չվերադարձնելու նոր պատճառ են գտել

Հունվարի 13-ին Սյունիքի Տեղ համայնքի բնակիչ, հովիվ Սուրիկ Մաթեւոսյանին ադրբեջանցիները գերի տարան եւ նույն օրը՝ ուշ երեկոյան, ռուս խաղաղապահների միջնորդությամբ վերադարձրին։ Սակայն ադրբեջանցիները նրա հետ տարել էին նաեւ մոտ 350 գլուխ ոչխար, եւ մինչ օրս հակառակորդ կողմը հրաժարվում է վերադարձնել հովվի ոչխարները։

Տեղի համայնքապետ Դավիթ Ղուլունցը մեզ տեղեկացրեց, որ ադրբեջանական կողմը ոչխարները չվերադարձնելու նոր պատճառաբանություն է բերում։ «Հիմա էլ ասում են, թե ձեր հովվին բաց թողնելիս ինքը գրություն է տվել մեզ, որ մեր հետ ոչ մի պարտք ու պահանջ չունի, ոչ մի ոչխար իր հետ սահման չի հատել։ Մենք էլ կանչել ենք հովվին, հարցրել ենք՝ նման բան գրե՞լ ես, ասել է՝ չէ, միայն ասել եմ, որ իրենցից դժգոհություն չունեմ, վատ չեն վարվել հետս։ Դե, դեռ ռուսական կողմի հետ բանակցում ենք, էլի, տեսնենք։ Թուրքի դիվանագիտությունը չգիտե՞ք՝ ամեն ինչ կհնարեն, բայց մենք նկարներն էլ ենք տրամադրել ռուսական կողմին, որտեղ երեւում է, որ հովվին ոչխարների հետ են տարել։ Եթե ոչխարները չբերենք, կարելի է ասել, որ էդ մարդն իր ամբողջ կյանքի ստեղծածը կորցրեց։ Հոտն իր անձնական ունեցվածքն էր, գյուղինը չէր»,- ասաց Տեղի համայնքապետը։
