Արձանագրենք, որ Հայաստանում մահացավ վերջին անկախ պետական կառույցը․ Իրավապաշտպան

Այսօր նշանակվեց, ներեցեք՝ «ընտրվեց» նոր, թվով 5-րդ ՀՀ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը։ Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է իրավապաշտպան Ավետիք Իշխանյանը։

«Ըստ օրենքի, ՄԻՊ-ն ընտրվում է պատգամավորների թվի առնվազն երեք հինգերորդ ձայներով։

Ցանկացած իրական ժողովրդավարական երկրում, անհնար է, որ իշխող ուժը պառլամենտում ունենա այդքան ձայն։ ՄԻՊ-ի ընտրության եվրոպական չափանիշներով, ՄԻՊ-ի թեկնածուն պետք է լինի , համարյա կոնսեսուսային՝ իշխանության և ընդդիմության համար, որպես ՄԻՊ անկախության հավելյալ երաշխիք։ Եվրոպական որոշ երկրներում, հաշվի է առնվում նաև պառլամենտից դուրս՝ հասարակության կարծիքը, ՄԻՊ թեկնածու առաջադրելիս։ Այլ իրավիճակ է «ժողովրդավարական» Հայաստանում։

2021թ․ «ազատ, արդար, թափանցիկ ընտրությունների» արդյունքում, իշխող ուժն ունի բավարար ձայներ, իր թեկնածուին նշանակելու համար։ ԱԺ-ում, ՄԻՊ թեկնածուին ընդդիմադիրները որոշել էին նեղը գցել իրենց հարցերով, օրինակ․ «Կա՞ն Հայաստանում քաղբանտարկյալներ»։

Լավ, հարգելի ընդդիմադիրներ, իսկ դուք ի՞նչ պատասխան էիք ակնկալում։ Պա՞րզ չէ, որ ՄԻՊ թեկնածուն, մինչև թեկնածու դառնալը հավատարմության երդում է տվել բռնապետիկին։

Թե՞, մտածում էիք, որ համաձայնվել է, բայց նաև որոշել ԱԺ-ում անկեղծ պատասխաններ տալ, դրանով իսկ հրաժարվել պաշտոնից։

Ի վերջո, եթե ՄԻՊ թեկնածուն ունենար մասնագիտական և մարդկային արժանապատվություն և համարեր, որ Հայաստանում կան քաղբանտարկյալներ վաղուց պետք է համապատասխան հայտարարություն աներ և հրաժարական տար ԱՆ փոխնարարարի պաշտոնից։

Այնպես որ, թե նորանշանակ ՄԻՊ-ը որքան և ինչպես կաշխատի, կորոշի բռնապետիկը, ինչպես բոլոր նախարար-պատգամավորները։

Արձանագրենք, որ Հայաստանում մահացավ վերջին անկախ պետական կառույցը»,- գրել է Իշխանյանը։
