Ինձ համար այդ հրաժարականն առնվազն ուշացած էր. Արթուր Վանեցյան

«Քաղաքական առողջ տրամաբանության շրջանակներում բավական բարդ է, եթե չասեմ՝ անհնար է ընկալել Հայաստանի ներկա իշխանության վարքագիծն ընդհանրապես, հետևաբար այժմ ամենևին տեղին չեմ համարում մանրամասն անդրադառնալու Արմեն Սարգսյանի հրաժարականին»,- Sputnik Արմենիայի հետ զրույցում ասել է ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության ղեկավար Արթուր Վանեցյանը։


«Ինձ համար այդ հրաժարականն առնվազն ուշացած է կամ այլևս ոչ կարևոր և, ըստ էության, մեր պետության առջև ծառացած ոչ մի խնդիր չլուծող։ Ակնհայտ է, որ արդեն նախկին նախագահը Սահմանադրությամբ իրեն վերապահված թեկուզ նվազագույն լիազորությունները մեր պետության համար դժվարագույն վիճակներում և ամենակարևոր գործընթացներում չի իրականացրել»,-ասել է Վանեցյանը։

Ըստ նրա՝ ժամանակին այդ լիազորությունները Արմեն Սարգսյանը համարում էր ոչ բավարար կամ նվազ արդյունավետ, մինչդեռ շատ կոնկրետ դեպքերում դրանք կարող էին լիարժեքորեն բավարարել մեր պետության առջև ծառացած ճգնաժամային խնդիրների լուծման ուղիներ գտնելու համար։ Դա էլ իր հերթին կարող էր կանխել այն աղետալի զարգացումները և իրավիճակը, որն այսօր ունենք։

Վանեցյանի կարծիքով՝ հաշվի առնելով այս ամենը, շատ քիչ նշանակություն ունի նաև այն հանգամանքը, թե եղե՞լ են կամ չեն եղել ճնշումներ Արմեն Սարգսյանի նկատմամբ։ Բացի այս, Արմեն Սարգսյանը, նրա համոզմամբ, իր պաշտոնավարման ընթացքում չի արել այնպիսի քայլեր, որոնք կարող էին ճնշումներ բանեցնելու պատճառ դառնալ։ Նա մշտապես ակտիվ համագործակցել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ և հիմնականում կատարել վերջինիս բոլոր քմահաճույքները։

Ինչ վերաբերում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նախագահի մեր հնարավոր թեկնածուին, ապա ընդամենը ժամեր առաջ է տեղի ունեցել հրաժարականը, ուստի հարցը դեռ պետք է քննարկվի իմ ղեկավարած «Հայրենիք» կուսակցությունում և «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցությունում, ինչի համար բնականաբար ժամանակ է անհրաժեշտ:
