Ucom-ը զանգերի սպասարկման նոր կենտրոն կունենա Վանաձորում

Փետրվարից «Յուքոմ» ընկերությունը նախատեսում է զանգերի սպասարկման նոր կենտրոն հիմնել Վանաձորում, ինչի շնորհիվ ընթացիկ տարում քաղաքում կբացվի մոտ 20 աշխատատեղ։ Մինչ այսօր  զանգերի կենտրոնի աշխատակցի հաստիքի համար դիմել  են 22-25 տարեկան 100 վանաձորցիներ։ Դիմորդների շարքում են իրավաբաններ, հոգեբաններ, տնտեսագետներ, լեզվաբաններ, ինչպես նաև մանկավարժներ։

«Ընտրություն կատարելիս մեր համար միանշանակ էր, որ նոր զանգերի կենտրոնը պետք է բացվի մարզերից որևէ մեկում։ Բացի այդ, փորձել ենք մեր ներդրումն ունենալ մարզերի աշխատաշուկայի զարգացման գործում՝ առաջարկելով  Երևանի զանգերի կենտրոնին լիովին հավասար աշխատանքային պայմաններ։ Ասեմ, որ Վանաձորի դիմորդները կրթությամբ և մասնագիտական հմտություններով չեն զիջում Երևանի դիմորդներին։ Վստահ եմ, որ նրանք յուրահատուկ ներդրում կունենան Ucom-ի սպասարկման որակի բարելավման գործընթացում և, իհարկե, այն կտանեն «դբա լավը»», - պատմել է «Յուքոմ» ընկերության Հաճախորդների սպասարկման տնօրենի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Սոֆի Բոնդարենկոն։

Հարցազրույցների փուլը հաղթահարած դիմորդներն այս պահին մասնակցում են զանգերի կենտրոնի աշխատակցի համար նախատեսված խորացված դասընթացների, ուսումնասիրում են ընկերության կողմից տրամադրվող ֆիքսված և շարժական կապի բոլոր ծառայությունները, անհրաժեշտ աշխատանքային ծրագրերը և այլն։

Դասընթացների մասնակիցներից 23-ամյա Մարտին Մարտիրոսյանը, ով ավարտել է Երևանի պետական համալսարանի «Սերվիս» բաժինը, պատմել է, որ Ucom-ն իրեն առաջին հերթին գրավել է իր «Level Up» փաթեթներով, «Mediaroom» հավելվածով, ինչպես նաև աշխատելու ոճով․ «Միշտ հետաքրքրված եմ եղել Ucom-ով, դրա ծառայություններով և, երբ տեսա Վանաձորում զանգերի կենտրոն բացվելու վերաբերյալ հայտարարությունը, անմիջապես դիմեցի։ Բնիկ վանաձորցի եմ, նախընտրում եմ աշխատել հենց իմ քաղաքում»։

Մեկ այլ մասնակից՝ 22-ամյա մասնագիտությամբ հոգեբան Անի Խաչատրյանը որոշել է դիմել այս հաստիքում աշխատելու համար, քանի որ իրեն միշտ հետաքրքրել է հաճախորդի հետ շփումը, ինչպես նաև տարբեր կոնֆլիկտային իրավիճակներ հարթելը։ Պատմում է, որ մշտապես հետևել է Ucom-ի աշխատանքային գործունեությանը ու, իր խոսքով, քաջատեղյակ  է ընկերությունում տիրող «աշխատանքային դրական մթնոլորտի» մասին․ «Այն, որ զանգերի կենտրոնը բացվում է հենց Վանաձորում, շատ ոգևորիչ է, քանի որ նմանատիպ աշխատանք նախկինում կարող էինք գտնել միայն Երևանում, այժմ Ucom-ը մեզ՝ վանաձորցիներիս, տվեց մեծ հնարավորություն ունենալ սիրելի աշխատանք հենց մեր քաղաքում»։
