Պապիկյանը կատարելագործում է իր նախորդների ոչ մի տեղ չտանող գործելաոճը՝ ՊՆ-ն վերածելով փակ կառույցի․ Աբրահամյան

Կառավարության հետ հարցուպատասխանի ժամանակ պաշտպանության նախարարին հարցադրումներ եմ ուղղել, որին տրվեց կատաստրոֆիկ պատասխաններ։ Մի մասին առհասարակ չտրվեց։ Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը:

«Նախ պաշտպանության նախարարը չի տիրապետում մեր զինված ուժերում 2021 թվականի ընթացքում գրանցված ոչ մարտական կորուստների թվին։ Սա այն դեպքում, որ յուրաքանչյուրը ըստ մանրամասների պետք է տիրապետեր։

Երկրորդ, պարզ դարձավ, որ մարտական դիրքերից 2 զինծառայողներ են անհետացել՝ մայիսին և նոյեմբերին, որոնցից մեկի վերաբերյալ պաշտպանության նախարարությունը պաշտոնական հաղորդագրություն չի տվել։ Թաքցվել է։

Նշեմ, որ խոսքը չի վերաբերվում, օրինակ՝ մայիսի 12-ի կամ նոյեմբերի 16-ի ադրբեջանական ագրեսիայի հետևանքով գերեվարված կամ անհետ կորած զինծառայողներին։

Ի զարմանս ինձ, պաշտպանության նախարարը զարմացած էր, որ կան տեղեկություններ, որոնք հնչեցնում եմ կամ դրանց հիման վրա հայտարարություն եմ անում ՊՆ-ից թեմայի վերաբերյալ որոշ պարզաբանումներ ստանալուց հետո։ Ես մտածում էի, որ նախարարը պետք է զարմանար, եթե եզրահանգումներ անեի չճշտված փաստերի հիման վրա։

Առհասարակ Պապիկյանը բավականին տարօրինակ վարքագիծ էր դրսևորում, օրինակ՝ իմ այն հարցադրմանն ի պատասխան, թե արդյո՞ք վերլուծվել է բանակում ոչ մարտական կորուստների դրդապատճառները, նշեց մի քանի հանգամանք, այդ թվում՝ որոշակի մեղավորություն բարդելով մամուլի և ընդդիմության վրա՝ ենթադրում եմ շատ միջադեպերի մասին հրապարակային խոսք հնչեցնելու համար։

Այսինքն՝ լրատվամիջոցները և ընդդիմադիր առանձին գործիչներ, ըստ այդ տրամաբանության նպաստել են զինված ուժերում ոչ մարտական կորուստների ավելացմանը։ Ավելի խայտառակ պատասխան դժվար էր ակնկալել։

Պապիկյանը կատարելագործում է իր նախորդների ոչ մի տեղ չտանող գործելաոճը՝ ՊՆ-ն վերածելով փակ կառույցի։

Այսպես կոչված գաղտնի տեղեկությունների անվան տակ հասարակությունից թաքցնում տեղեկություններ, որոնք ոչ մի առնչություն չունեն ծառայողական կամ պետական գաղտնիքի հետ։

Հասկանալի է, որ Պապիկյանը գործում է այս իշխանության տրամաբանության ներքո և շատ բանի համար չպետք է զարմանալ, բայց իր այս վարքով նա հավակնում է վազանց կատարել նույնիսկ Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանին»,- գրել է Աբրահամյանը։
