Նոր սահմանափակումները քարուքանդ կանեն հանրային սննդի ոլորտը. Նազարյան

Տնտեսվարողները ցանկանում են հասկանալ, թե որն է ձեր նոր սահմանափակումների իմաստը, որը քարուքանդ կանի հանրային սննդի ոլորտը։ ԱԺ-ում այս մասին ասաց «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գեղամ Նազարյանը՝ դիմելով ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Անահիտ Ավանեսյանին։

Նշենք, որ հունվարի 22-ից Հայաստանում հանրային սննդի կետեր, մշակութային վայրեր քաղաքացիների մուտքը կթույլատրվի միայն ՊՇՌ թեստի կամ պատվաստման սերտիֆիկատի առկայության դեպքում։

«Բազմաթիվ տնտեսվարողներ ինձ դիմել են մի հարցով, թե որն է կառավարության նպատակը։ Արդյոք դա հանրային սննդի ոլորտը հիմնահատակ քարուքանդ անելն է։ Եթե նպատակն իրականում համավարակի կանխումն է, ապա առաջին հերթին կարգուկանոն պետք է հաստատվեր տրանսպորտում։ Եթե դա չի արվում, ուրեմն այլ նպատակ է հետապնդում»,-ասաց պատգամավորը։

Առողջապահության նախարար Անահիտ Ավանեսյանը նշեց, որ կառավարության նպատակն է հնարավորինս կանխել կորոնավիրուսային վարակի տարածումը, չունենալ այնպիսի համաճարակային իրավիճակ, որ ստիպված համատարած սահմանափակումների գնանք։
«Համատարած լոքդաուններն ունենում են որոշակի զսպող նպատակ, բայց ունեն խիստ ցավալի տնտեսական հետևանքներ։

Կառավարության առաջնային նպատակն է ունենալ հավասարակշռված քաղաքականություն՝ մի կողմից պաշտպանելու քաղաքացիների առողջությունն ու կյանքը, իսկ մյուս կողմից էլ ունենալ իրավիճակ, որ հենց տնտեսվարողները ստիպված չլինեն կրել տնտեսական վնասներ»,-ասաց նախարարը։

Պատգամավորն էլ հավելեց, որ կառավարությունն այս որոշմամբ նպաստում է ստվերային ռեստորանների և հյուրատների զարգացմանը։
