Լավրովը և Բլինքենը կարող են հանդիպել մոտ ժամանակներում

Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովն ու ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինքենը քննարկել են անվտանգության երաշխիքները։

Ըստ ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ի՝ հեռախոսազրույցի ընթացքում կողմերը շարունակել են մտքերի փոխանակությունը՝ հաշվի առնելով հունվարի 10-ին Ժնեւում Ռուսաստանի եւ ԱՄՆ-ի միջգերատեսչական պատվիրակությունների միջեւ բանակցությունների արդյունքները, ինչպես նաեւ քննարկումները ՆԱՏՕ-ի եւ ԵԱՀԿ-ի շրջանակներում:

Լավրովը կրկին առանձնացրել է ԱՄՆ-ի հետ երկկողմ պայմանագրի եւ ՆԱՏՕ-ի հետ մեր կողմից ավելի վաղ ներկայացված համաձայնագրերի նախագծերի հիմնարար կետերը, որոնք ամրագրում են Ռուսաստանի անվտանգության ապահովման իրավական երաշխիքներ՝ Եվրատլանտյան բոլոր երկրներ կողմից հաստատված անվտանգության անբաժանելիության սկզբունքի շրջանակներում։ Ռուսական կողմից վերահաստատվել է այն հրամայականը, որ Վաշինգտոնը հնարավորինս շուտ «թղթի վրա» տրամադրի կոնկրետ հոդված առ հոդված մեկնաբանություններ նշված փաստաթղթերի վերաբերյալ։ Ուկրաինայի հարավ-արեւելքում տիրող իրավիճակի համատեքստում ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ղեկավարը պետքարտուղարին կոչ է արել չկրկնել իբր մոտալուտ «ռուսական ագրեսիայի» մասին ենթադրությունները, այլ ստիպել Կիեւի իշխանություններին ամբողջությամբ կատարել Մինսկի համաձայնագրերը։

Լավրովն ու Բլինքենը քննարկել են նաեւ մոտ ապագայում շփումները շարունակելու հնարավորությունը։

Պետդեպը հաղորդում է, որ պետքարտուղարն ընդգծել է լարվածության թուլացման համար դիվանագիտական ճանապարհի շարունակման կարեւորությունը՝ կապված «Ուկրաինայում եւ մերձակայքում ռուսական ռազմական հզորության ավելացմամբ պայմանավորված խորը մտահոգության հետ»: Բլինքենը «հաստատել է ԱՄՆ-ի անսասան հանձնառությունը Ուկրաինայի ինքնիշխանությանն ու տարածքային ամբողջականությանը եւ ընդգծել է, որ եվրոպական անվտանգության ցանկացած քննարկման պետք է մասնակցեն ՆԱՏՕ-ի դաշնակիցները եւ եվրոպացի գործընկերները, ներառյալ Ուկրաինան»:
