Ուրցաձոր համայնքի նախկին ղեկավարի որդին կալանավորվեց

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում շարունակվում է Ուրցաձոր համայնքի նախկին ղեկավարի որդու կողմից Ոստիկանության ծառայողների նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը:

Իրականացված քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են դեպքի՝ էական նշանակություն ունեցող մի շարք հանգամանքներ:

Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ համայնքի նախկին ղեկավարի որդուն մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 316-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի և 185-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով: Վարույթն իրականացնող մարմինը միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել դատարան՝ վերջինիս նկատմամբ կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրելու վերաբերյալ, ինչը բավարարվել է:

Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել էինք, որ 2022թ. հունվարի 15-ին, Ուրցաձոր համայնքի նախկին ղեկավարի որդին, դժգոհելով հորը ոստիկանության բաժին բերման ենթարկելու հանգամանքից, իր կողմից վարած «Վազ 2121» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով դուրս էր եկել հանդիպակաց երթևեկելի գոտի և ավտոմեքենայի առջևի մասով հարվածել Ոստիկանության ծառայողական «Տոյոտա» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի առջևի մասին, ապա, իջնելով ավտոմեքենայից, սպառնացել էր ոստիկաններին՝ չենթարկվելով վերջիններիս օրինական պահանջներին:

Հավելենք, որ նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարված դեպքի վայրի և տրանսպորտային միջոցների զննությունների ընթացքում համայնքի նախկին ղեկավարի որդու կողմից վարած «Վազ 2121» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայում հայտնաբերվել էին երկփողանի որսորդական հրացան, որսորդական հրացանի պատյան, որսորդական հրացանի փամփուշտներ:
