Անհավատալի է, բայց չինացի այս պապիկը ապրել է 256 տարի

Լի Ցինյունը չինացի մի բացառիկ երկարակյաց է, ով ապրել է ավելի քան երկուսուկես դար:
Ինչպես հաղորդում է չինական լրատվական գործակալությունը`Լի Ցինյունը ծնվել է 1677 թվականին Սիչուան գավառի Ցիիցզանսյան բնակավայրում: Իր կյանքի մեծ մասը անց է կացրել Սիչուանի սարերում, որտեղ խոտ էր հավաքում և փորձում հասկանալ երկարակեցության գաղտնիքը:
Հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ նա մահացել է 1933 թվականին `256 տարեկան հասակում, կարող ենք ասել, որ դա նրան հաջողվեց:

1748 թվականին, երբ Լի Ցինյունը 71 տարեկան էր տեղափոխվեց կայսյանյ, որպեսզի զինվորագրվի չինական բանակ ու դառնա մարտարվեստի ուսուցիչ, և ռազմական խորհրդական:179 տարի անց `1927 թվականին, Լի Ցինյունն այցելեց 43-ամյա գեներալ Յանյ Սենուին Սիչուան նահանգում գեներալն անչափ տպավորված էր ծերունու երիտասարդ տեսքով, ուժով ու խիզախությամբ: Զորահրամանատարին հյուրընկալվելիս էլ արվել է Ցինյոնի ամենահայտնի, եթե ոչ միակ լուսանկարը: Հետագայում գեներալն այսպես է նկարագրել իր 250-ամյա հյուրին. «Նա լավ տեսուղություն ու առոյգ քայլվածք ուներ:Նրա հասակը մոտ 2 մետր էր, շատ երկար եղունգներ ուներ և կարմրաթուշ դեմք:
Լի Ցինյունը 200 երեխա է ունեցել 24 կանացից, որոնցից 23-ը երկար է ապրել, իսկ 24-րդը դարձել է նրա կինը:
Իր երկարակեցության գաղտնիքի վերաբերյալ հարցին նա պատասխանել է. «Զսպեք ձեր սիրտը, կրիայի պես քայլեք առույգ, ինչպես աղավնին ու քնեք շան պես »: Հավանաբար այս կերպ նա ցանկանում էր ընդգծել մարդու հոգեբանական վիճակի և լավ քնի կարևորությունը: Հայտնի է նաև, որ իր կյանքի ողջ ընթացքում Ցինյունը հատուկ շնչառական ցիգոն վարժությունն է արել, ինչպես նաև պարբերաբար խմել է խոտային թուրմ, որի բաղադրատոմսը կորել է, և այժմ անհայտ է:
