Երրորդ միջադեպը վերաբերվում է Շուշիի հարակից հատվածող անցնող ճանապարհին, որտեղ թշնամին քարերով խոցել է հայ խաղաղ բնակչի մեքենան։

Այս երեք միջադեպերը արձանագրվել են երեկ՝ հունվարի 10-ին և 3-ի դեպքում էլ գլխավոր ընդհանրությունն այն է, որ ադրբեջանցի զինծառայողները հայկական բնակավայրերի, բնակիչների ուղղությամբ նպատակային կրակ են վարել՝ խոցելու գյուղատնտեսական տեխնիկա, քաղաքացիական մեքենա և խաղաղ բնակիչների։
