Պոլսահայ լեզվաբան Սևան Նիշանյանը կբողոքարկի իրեն արտաքսելու հունական իշխանությունների որոշումը

Թուրքական իշխանությունների կողմից հետապնդվող պոլսահայ մտավորական, լեզվաբան Սևան Նիշանյանը հունական դատարանից ազատ արձակվելուց հետո տեղեկացրել է, որ հնարավոր է ստիպված լինի որոշ ժամանակով հեռանալ Հունաստանից և միգուցե բնակվել Հայաստանում կամ այլ երկրում։ Բայց մինչ այդ կբողոքարկի իրեն արտաքսելու հունական իշխանությունների որոշումը։

Տարիներ առաջ թուրքական բանտից փախուստի դիմած ու հարևան Հունաստանում ապաստանած անվանի պոլսահայ մտավորականը անցած տարեվերջին հրավիրվել էր ոստիկանություն, որտեղ նրան ձերբակալել էին՝ պատճառաբանելով, թե կացության կարգավիճակի ժամկետը լրացել է, և նա անօրինական է գտնվում Հունաստանում։

Երեկ Հունաստանում Հայաստանի դեսպանատունը տեղեկացրեց Սիրոս կղզու դատարանի որոշման մասին, համաձայն որի Նիշանյանը ազատ արձակվելուց հետո 15-օրյա ժամկետում պարտավոր է կամավոր հեռանալ Հունաստանից։ Դեսպանատունը ընդգծել էր՝ «քանի որ Նիշանյանը նաև Հայաստանի քաղաքացի է, ցանկության դեպքում կարող է մեկնել Հայաստան»։

65-ամյա մտավորականը Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում գրել է, որ իր ազատ արձակմանը մեծապես նպաստել է Հունաստանում Հայաստանի դեսպանատունը. «Կյանքումս առաջին անգամ ես զգացի, որ իմ թիկունքում պետություն է կանգնած՝ անվերապահորեն ու առանց վարանելու։ Շատ տարբեր զգացողություն է։ Լավ էր, ես չգիտեի»։

Նիշանյանը երեկ նաև ուղիղ եթերում պատմել էր իր հետ տեղի ունեցածը, բողոքել էր հունական ոստիկանական համակարգից, ասել, որ թուրքերի հետ պատմական բարդ հարաբերություններ ունեցող հույներն իրեն որպես թուրք են ընկալում ու վտանգավոր համարում։

Պոլսահայ լեզվաբանը Հունաստանում ապաստանել է 2017-ին՝ թուրքական բաց ռեժիմի բանտից փախուստի դիմելուց հետո։

Նա 2014-ին ավելի քան 11 տարվա ազատազրկման էր դատապարտվել՝ Իզմիրի Շիրիջե գյուղում գտնվող իր սեփական այգում «ապօրինի» շինարարություն կատարելու մեղադրանքով: Նիշանյանի նկատմամբ Թուրքիայում հետապնդումներ սկսվել էին 2008-ին նրա՝ մեծ աղմուկ բարձրացրած «Սխալ Հանրապետություն կամ 51 հարց Քեմալիզմին և Աթաթուրքին» գրքի հրատարակությունից հետո։ Գրքում նա անդրադարձել էր Հայոց ցեղասպանությանը՝ նշելով, որ ժամանակակից թուրքական պետությունը հայերի, հույների և ասորիներին ցեղասպանությունների հետևանք է։

Տարիներ շարունակ Նիշանյանին ազատ արձակելու կոչեր հնչեցող մտավորականները վստահ են, որ նա հետապնդվում է թուրքական իշխանություններին և պաշտոնական պատմագրությունը քննադատելու համար: 5 տարի առաջ թվիթերյան իր էջում արված «Թռչունը թռավ. տարոսը մնացած ութսուն միլիոնին» գրառմամբ հայազգի հայտնի լեզվաբանը հայտնեց թուրքական բանտից փախչելու մասին: Նիշանյանը Հունաստանում ժամանակավոր կացության իրավունք էր ստացել, քանի որ կինը Հունաստանի քաղաքացի է։

Թուրքիայում լույս տեսնող «Ակօս» թերթի հայկական բաժնի խմբագիր Բագրատ Էստուկյանը, ով բավականին լավ է ճանաչում Նիշանյանին, թեև դեռևս չի խոսել մտավորականի հետ, այնուամենայնիվ կարծում է, որ նա Հայաստան կգա, Թուրքիա վերադառնալու դեպքում՝ անմիջապես կկալանավորեն։ «Ազատության» հետ զրույցում Էստուկյանն ասաց՝ Նիշանյանի այլախոհ, ընդդիմադիր լինելու պատճառով է, որ նրան չեն ընդունում Թուրքիայում. «Իր համար վճռված 14 տարվա բանտարկությունն է սպառնում, այդ է պատճառը, որ Թուրքիայից խույս տվավ»։

Թեև Նիշանյանը Հունաստանից տեղափոխվելու համար դեռ 14 օր ժամանակ ունի, բայց դեռ հստակ չի ասել՝ Հայաստան գալու որոշում ունի, թե ոչ։
