Դատախազից դատավոր դարձած Հովհաննիսյանը 13 հազար դոլարով ավտոմեքենա է գնել. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Արարատի և Վայոց Ձորի մարզերի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Գրիգոր Հովհաննիսյանը նախորդ տարի 6 միլիոն 400 հազար դրամով «TOYOTA CAMRY 2.4» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենա է գնել: Այդ մասին տեղեկանում ենք նրա՝ Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողով ներկայացված 2016 թ. տարեկան հայտարարագրից:

Նրա դրամական միջոցները կազմել են 3 միլիոն դրամ և 15 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար: Տարեկան եկամուտները ստացվել են աշխատավարձից և կազմել 6 միլիոն 224 հազար դրամ:

Կինը՝ Հռիփսիմե Օհանյանը, հայտարարագրել է 3 միլիոն դրամ և 7 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար դրամական միջոցներ: Նրա տարեկան եկամուտները կազմել են 2 միլիոն 749 հազար դրամ և ստացվել աշխատավարձից:

2012–2013թթ. Հովհաննիսյանը աշխատել է որպես Զինվորական կենտրոնական դատախազության ավագ դատախազ, իսկ դրանից հետո էլ՝ Սևանի կայազորի զինվորական դատախազության ավագ դատախազ:

Դատավոր է նշանակվել 2016 թ. հունվարի 29–ին:


Նորանշանակ 31–ամյա դատավորը 14 անշարժ գույք է հայտարարագրել

Կոտայքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Գեղամ Մարգարյանը, ով մի քանի ամիս առաջ է զբաղեցրել այդ պաշտոնը, Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողովին է ներկայացրել իր գույքի և եկամուտների 2017 թ. պաշտոնը ստանձնելու հայտարարագիրը:

Պարզվում է, որ նորանշանակ դատավորը մեծ թվով անշար գույք ունի, այն է՝ 14, որի մեծ մասը կազմում են հողամասերը՝ թվով 12: Մնացած երկուսից մեկը բազմամյա տնկի է, մյուսը՝ առանձնատուն:

Վերջինս նաև շարժական գույք է հայտարարագրել՝ «BMW 730» և «MERCEDES–BENZ A170» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենա: Նրա դրամական միջոցները պաշտոնը ստանձնելու օրվա դրությամբ կազմել են 10 միլիոն դրամ, 35 հազար ամերիկյան դոլար և 10 հազար վրացական լարի:

Նրա հունվարի 1–ից մինչև մարտի 23–ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ստացած եկամուտները կազմել են 8 միլիոն 296 հազար դրամ, որից 296 հազար դրամը 3 ամսվա աշխատավարձն է, 8 միլիոն դրամը՝ գույքը վաճառելուց ստացված գումարը:

Վերջինիս պաշտոնական կենսագրությունից տեղեկանում ենք, որ նա ընդամենը 31 տարեկան է: Կարիերան սկսել է որպես դատական կարգադրիչ, որից հետո գրասենյակի գործավար, այնուհետև՝ դատավորի օգնական: 4 տարի Կենտրոն և Նորք–Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարանում որպես դատավորի օգնական աշխատելուց հետո այս տարի նշանակվել է դատավոր:
