Ադրբեջանական ավտոշարասյունը Քաշաթաղի շրջանի Աղավնոյի անցակետում տեղակայված խանութի դիմաց պարբերաբար կայանելու և ադրբեջանցիներից ենթադրաբար վտանգ զգալու պատճառով, այսօր ժամը 13-ի սահմաններում հերթական կայանման պահին հիշյալ խանութի աշխատակցի կողմից ձեռնարկվել են պաշտպանական միջոցներ, այդ թվում ցուցադրվել է, հավանաբար, ռազմամթերք։ Այս մասին հայտնում են Արցախի դատախազությունից:

ԱՀ ոստիկանությունն անմիջապես արձագանքել է դեպքին, առգրավվել ենթադրյալ ռազմամթերքը։ Ներկայումս ոստիկանության կողմից դեպքի առնչությամբ կատարվում են քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողություններ, նշանակվել է դատապայթյունատեխնիկական փորձաքննություն, միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում տվյալ վայրում գտնվող անձանց կողմից զենք կամ զինամթերք ապօրինի պահելու այլ դեպքերը բացահայտելու և դրանք առգրավելու ուղղությամբ։ Դեպքի հետևանքով որևէ մեկի կյանքին կամ առողջությանը վնաս չի պատճառվել։ Դեպքի և դրա կապակցությամբ քրեադատավարական վարույթ նախաձեռնելու մասին համապատասխան տեղեկությունն առաջիկայում կփոխանցվի նաև ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորակազմում ընդգրկված դատախազին։

ԱՀ իրավապահ մարմինները անընդունելի են համարում արցախա-ադրբեջանական շփման հատվածներում որևէ սադրիչ կամ հանցավոր գործողություն և պատրաստակամ են պայքարելու նման երևույթները բացառելու և կանխելու ուղղությամբ՝ Ադրբեջանի իրավապահ մարմիններից ակնկալելով նույնպիսի մոտեցում։
