«Ծխախոտի գովազդից միայն կզրկվենք». ծխախոտավաճառներն արձագանքում են նոր օրենքին

Հունվարի 1-ից արգելվեց ծխախոտի հրապարակային ցուցադրումը վաճառքի կետերում։ Խանութներում, սուպերմարկետներում, փոքր կրպակներում ցուցափեղկերին տեղադրված ծխախոտային որևէ արտադրատեսակ, այդ թվում ավանդական և էլեկտրոնային ծխախոտներ այլևս չպետք է տեսնենք։ Հակածխախոտային նոր օրենքի նպատակը կառավարության մեկնաբանմամբ հանրության շրջանում ծխախոտի օգտագործումը նվազեցնելն է։

ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հունվարի 5-ին կառավարության նիստի ժամանակ հայտարարեց, որ վաճառքի կետերում, խանութներում, սուպերմարկետներում ծխախոտի տուփ չպետք է տեսնենք։

«Եթե խորհրդային ժամանակներից հայտնի բառապաշարով խոսենք, ծխախոտը պետք է տակից վաճառեն»,-ասաց վարչապետը։

Չնայած նոր օրենքի հետ կապված որոշ դժգոհություններին՝ տնտեսվարողներն արդեն սկսել են կիրառել այն։ «Փաստինֆո»-ն շրջել է քաղաքի որոշ հատվածներում՝ պարզելու, թե ինչպես են վաճառքի կետերն իրացնում ուժի մեջ մտած օրենքը։ Կրպակների մեծ մասում ծխախոտի արտադրատեսակներն արդեն հեռացվել են ցուցատախտակներից, սակայն կային նաև որոշ կրպակներ, որտեղ ծխախոտները դեռ տեսանելի վայրերում են դրված։ Տնտեսվարողներին մինչև հունվարի 15-ը ժամանակ է տրամադրվել դրանք հեռացնելու համար։

Փոքր կրպակների աշխատակիցները կարծում են, որ այս օրենքը ծխախոտի վաճառքի վրա էական ազդեցություն հնարավոր է չունենա, սակայն ծխախոտ արտադրող ընկերությունների կողմից գովազդի համար գումար այլևս չեն ստանա։

«Գովազդի համար մեզ վճարում էին, մեկը 30000, մյուսը 40000 էր վճարում, որ ցուցդրում ենք իրենց ապրանքը։ Հիմա կտրվեցինք այդ գումարից»,-«Փաստինֆո»-ի հետ զրույցի ժամանակ ասաց կրպակի աշխատակիցներից մեկը։

Առողջապահության նախարարի խոսքով Հայաստանում 16 տարեկանից բարձր բնակչության 27.9 տոկոսը ծխում է։ Ծխողների գերակշիռ մասը՝ 51 տոկոսը կազմում են տղամարդիկ։ Օրենքի ուժի մեջ մտնելուց որոշ ժամանակ անց միայն պարզ կլինի, թե որքանով էր այն արդյունավետ և կնպաստի ծխախոտի օգտագործման նվազեցմանը, թե ոչ։
