Ռուսաստանը կարևոր է համարում, որ Հայաստանն ու Թուրքիան «հրաժարվեն նախապայմաններից և կենտրոնանան փոխըմբռնելի թեմաների վրա»

Ռուսաստանի փոխարտգործնախարարը նշել է, որ Մոսկվան ողջունում է հարաբերությունները կարգավորելու Երևանի և Անկարայի պատրաստակամությունը:

«Ռուսաստանը պատրաստ է ցանկացած ձևաչափով միջնորդական դեր ստանձնել Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի հարաբերությունների կարգավորմանն ուղղված երկխոսության գործում», - այսօր «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»-ին ասել է փոխարտգործնախարար Անդրեյ Ռուդենկոն:

«Միաժամանակ կարևոր ենք համարում, որ կողմերը հրաժարվեն նախապայմաններից և կենտրոնանան փոխըմբռնելի թեմաների, դեպի վստահության և բարիդրացիության մթնոլորտի աստիճանական ձևավորում տանող փոխադարձ քայլերի վրա», - ընդգծել է Ռուդենկոն:

Ռուս դիվանագետը նշել է, որ Մոսկվան ողջունում է հարաբերությունները կարգավորելու Երևանի և Անկարայի պատրաստակամությունը: «Հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունների բարելավումը, անկասկած, կնպաստի տարածաշրջանում ընդհանուր մթնոլորտի առողջացմանը: Այս առումով մենք խրախուսում ենք երկխոսություն սկսելուն միտված Երևանի և Անկարայի վերջին շրջանում նկատվող ակտիվ ջանքերը», - նշել է Ռուսաստանի փոխարտգործնախարարը՝ հավելելով, որ Մոսկվան գոհունակությամբ է ընդունել այս դժվար գործընթացը առաջ տանելու համար հատուկ բանագնացներ նշանակելու կողմերի որոշումը:

Ռուսաստանի փոխարտգործնախարարի այս հայտարարությանը նախորդել էր տեղեկությունը, որ հայ և թուրք բանագնացներ Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանի և Սերդար Քըլըչի առաջին հանդիպումը տեղի կունենա Մոսկվայում, թե երբ՝ կողմերը չեն հստակեցրել։

Ընդ որում Ռուսաստանի մայրաքաղաքում հանդիպելու առաջարկը, ըստ Թուրքիայի արտգործնախարարի, արել էր հայկական կողմը։

Ավելի վաղ Մոսկվան հաստատել էր, որ Հայաստանը պաշտոնապես դիմել է Ռուսաստանին՝ միջնորդելու Թուրքիայի հետ հարաբերությունները կարգավորելու հարցում։

Անդրեյ Ռուդենկոն այսօր խոսել է նաև Հայաստանի, Ադրբեջանի ու Ռուսաստանի փոխվարչապետերի տարածաշրջանային ապաշրջափակման եռակողմ աշխատանքային խմբի գործունեության մասին՝ ասելով, որ երեք երկրներն արդեն ավարտում են միացյալ ենթակառուցվածքային նախագծերի գործարկման չափորոշիչների համաձայնեցումը: Այլ մանրամասներ ռուս պաշտոնյան չի հայտնել։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և Իլհամ Ալիևի վերջին՝ բրյուսելյան հանդիպումից հետո պարզ դարձավ, որ Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը համաձայնել են երկաթգծի, բայց ոչ ավտոմոբիլային հաղորդակցությունը բացելու հարցում։

Այսօր էլ Հայաստանի կառավարության ղեկավարը հայտնել է, թե մեկնարկում են երկաթուղու Մեղրիի հատվածի շինարարության նախապատրաստական աշխատանքները։

Թե հաջորդ անգամ երբ կհանդիպեն երկաթուղու և մյուս ենթակառուցվածքների ապաշրջափակումը քննարկող փոխվարչապետերը, դեռ հայտնի չէ։ Ռուդենկոյի խոսքով, Մոսկվան ակտիվորեն աշխատել է Երևանի և Բաքվի հետ և այժմ քննարկվում է Հարավային Կովկասում տրանսպորտային և տնտեսական կապերի, այդ թվում երկաթուղու և ավտոճանապարհների ապաշրջափակումը, ինչպես նաև հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի դելիմիտացիային առնչվող հարցեր: Ռուսաստանի մոտեցնումը, ըստ փոխարտգործնախարարի, այն է, որ բոլոր որոշումները կայուն կլինեն միայն այն դեպքում, երբ Երևանի և Բաքվի միջև հաստատվի կոնսենսուս։

«Մոսկվան երկու կողմերի հավասարակշված շահերի ապահովման ջատագովն է», - ընդգծել է Ռուդենկոն։
