Վլադիմիր Մարտիրոսյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է.

Վերջին երեք տարիների ընթացքում մենք «վայելում» ենք մեր պետության և հասարակության վերջին 30 տարիների հավաքական խտացված արատները: Եվ այդ խտացված արատը մեզ բոլորիս ցույց է տալիս, թե որն է մեր մեղքը:
 
Քաղաքական տարին կամփոփեք տարաբնույթ ասուլիսներով, իշխանությանը դատափետող և նույն բանը հազարերորդ անգամ արձանագրող ընդդիմախոսությամբ, գործող վարչախմբի հանցավոր և ավերիչ գործունեության քննադատությամբ և անթույլատրելիությամբ: Սակայն որևէ խոսք ու բառ չի ասվի, թե այս ամենը թուլացնելու և կասեցնելու ձախողման պատճառները որոնք են: Հրապարակախոսությունը քաղաքականություն չէ, իսկ իրական քաղաքականությունը այն էլ կանխարգելիչ պետք է ունենա մի շարք նախապայմաններ, որոնց մասին ողջ տարի խոսել եմ: Այդ քաղաքական ինքնաչխոստովանության և հետևություններ չանելու արդյունքում է, որ ունենք իշխանություն, որն ավելի ուժեղ է այսօր քան անցած տարի: Սրա արդյունքում է, որ չկա որևէ իրական օրակարգ, որով իշխանությունը մի քանի քայլ առաջ չլինի ընդդիմությունից: Սրա արդյունքում է, որ ընդդիմությունն այլևս դարձել է մաքսիմում սուր հարց տվող իշխանությանը, որ բացահայտի և ի ցույց դնի նրա հակասականությունն ու ամուլությունը, դավաճանական բնույթն ու ազգային շահերի ոտնահարմանը միտված քաղաքականությունը և այդ հարցերի պատասխաններում լսի, թե ինչպես է պատասխանողը լայն բացում Օվերտոնի պատուհանը և հերթական դիսկուրսը ներբեռնում հանրային քննարկման դաշտ, որ բոլորն անցնեն նոր դիսկուրսի քննադատմանն ու դատափետմանը, զրո արդյունքով:
 
Քաղաքականությունը վերածվել է «ժուռնալիզմի», բոլորը հարց են տալիս պատասխանողին և ի պատասխան ստանում են հարցեր: Քաղաքականութունը լավ և սուր քլնգելու արվեստ չէ: Բոլորս վայելում ենք « նախկին լավ քլնգողի» ավերիչ հաղթարշավը:
 
Իշխանությունը միշտ ավելի հեշտ է լուծելու այն խնդիրները, որոնց հարուցիչը ինքն է, որովհետև կառավարման վահանակը իր ձեռքերում է: Նա միշտ բախվելու է դժվարության, երբ խնդրի և ճգնաժամի հարուցիչը ընդդիմությունն է՝ իր մարտավարական ճկունությամբ, հանդգնությամբ և ապաբյուրոկարատական գործելաոճով:
 
Քաղաքական տարին ամփոփեմ ողջ տարվա էական քաղաքական գունապնակը և իրերի դրությունը մաքսիմալ արտահայտող մեջբերմամբ, որի հեղինակը ՀՀ ազգային շահերը ներկայացնողն է :

Սա է 2021-ի քաղաքական արդյունքը, սա է ընդդիմություն և իշխանություն մեկ տարվա battle-ի չոր արդյունքը: Սա է վերջին արարի մեկնարկը, մնացածը ինչպես ասում են լիրիկա է:
