Ռուսաստանի փոխվարչապետն այսօր կժամանի Հայաստան

Այսօր Երևանում մեկնարկող հայ-ռուսական տնտեսական համագործակցության միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի նիստին Ռուսաստանը կներկայացնի փոխվարչապետ Ալեքսեյ Օվերչուկը, որը տարածաշրջանային կոմունիկացիաների վերաբացման Հայաստան-Ռուսաստան-Ադրբեջան աշխատանքային խմբի համանախագահներից է։

Օրերս Օվերչուկն Ադրբեջանում էր: Նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի հետ հանդիպմանը ռուս պաշտոնյան քննարկել էր եռակողմ աշխատանքային խմբի գործունեությունը, կոմունիկացիաների բացման վերաբերյալ հարցեր։

Աշխատանքային խումբը համանախագահող փոխվարչապետերը վերջին անգամ հանդիպել են այս ամսվա սկզբին։ Սոչիում երեք երկրների առաջնորդների բանակցություններից հետո Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը չնայած հայտնել էր՝ փոխվարչապետերը հանդիպումից հետո կհայտարարեն ձեռք բերված նոր պայմանավորվածությունների մասին, եռակողմ աշխատանքային խումբը հանդիպումից հետո որևէ հայտարարությամբ հանդես չեկավ։ Հայաստանի փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանի գրասենյակից միայն հայտնեցին, թե առաջիկայում ևս մեկ հանդիպում է նախատեսվում, թե երբ է այն նախատեսված՝ չէին հստակեցրել։

Տարածաշրջանային կոմունիկացիաների բացման հարցում դրական տեղաշարժի մասին կողմերը հայտնեցին Բրյուսելի միջնորդությամբ կայացած հանդիպումից հետո։ Բանակցությունները հյուրընկալած Եվրոպական խորհրդի նախագահ Շառլ Միշելը հայտնեց, որ Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի առաջնորդներին հաջողվել է համաձայնության հասնել երկաթգծի վերագործարկման, բայց ոչ՝ ավտոմոբիլային հաղորդակցությունը բացելու հարցում, ինչը հայ-ադրբեջանական օրակարգի ամենավիճահարույց հարցերից մեկն է։

Այս հանդիպումից առաջ էլ երկու երկրների ղեկավարները հեռակա բանավեճի էին բռնվել. Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը պնդել էր՝ «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը» պետք է գործի Լաչինի միջանցքի նման՝ առանց մաքսակետերի, ինչին հակադարձել էր Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ շեշտելով՝ այդ զուգահեռներն անընդունելի են հայկական կողմի համար։

Եռակողմ աշխատանքային խմբում Հայաստանը ներկայացնող փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանի գրասենյակից փոխանցեցին՝ Ալեքսեյ Օվերչուկի այցի ընթացքում տարածաշրջանային կումինակացիաների վերաբերյալ հարցերի քննարկում չի նախատեսվում, նիստի թեման երկկողմ օրակարգն է, ասացին։

Թե կկայանա արդյոք Փաշինյան-Օվերչուկ հանդիպում, պարզել չհաջողվեց՝ կառավարությունից «Ազատության» հեռախոսազանգերն անպատասխան թողեցին։
