Առողջական լուրջ խնդիրներ ունեմ, որոնք երկարատև բուժում են պահանջում. Մանվել Փարամազյանը ազատ արձակվեց, «Դատապարտյալների հիվանդանոցի» բակում նրան դիմավորեցին ծափերով (տեսանյութ)

«Փառք տիրոջը, որ այսօր ազատության մեջ ենք։ Ուզում եմ շնորհակալություն հայտնել ինձ սատարող այն մարդկանց, ովքեր այսքան ժամանակ համբերատար սպասում էին ինձ և իմ քաջարանցիներին ու ժողովրդին։ Ուզում եմ շնորհակալություն հայտնել նաև իմ փաստաբաններին, իրենց այսքան ամիսների քրտնաջան աշխատանքների համար։ Գործընթացների հետ կապված հարցերին հիմա չեմ կարող պատասխանել։ Մոտ ժամանակահատվածում յուրաքանչյուրիդ հարցին մեծ սիրով կպատասխանեմ»։

Փարամազյանը նշեց, որ առողջական վիճակի հետ կապված խնդիրներ ունի։

«Մի քանի ամիս է՝ գտնվում եմ «Դատապարտյալների հիվանդանոցում»։ Շնորհակալ եմ իրենց` հոգատար վերաբերմունքի համար։ Լուրջ առողջական խնդիրներ ունեմ և երկարատև բուժում է պետք»։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Մանվել Փարամազյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 38-178-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով, 311-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասով և 154.2-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով: Առաջադրված մեղադրանքները Մանվել Փարամազյանը չի ընդունում, գտնում է, որ այս ամենը իր նկատմամբ սանձազերծված քաղաքական հետապնդման շղթայի մի մասն է:

Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրվել էր կալանքը։

Սյունիքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի որոշմամբ փոփոխվել է Քաջարանի համայնքապետ Մանվել Փարամազյանի նկատմամբ կիրառված խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը և որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել գրավը 70 միլիոն դրամի չափով։
