Նարեկ Սամսոնյանը ձերբակալվել է ԼՀԿ ներկայացուցչի դիմումի հիման վրա. գործ ունենք «նիկոլական ձերբակալման» երևույթի հետ. Ռուբեն Մելիքյան

Քննիչը մեզ հայտնեց, որ «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» կուսակցության ներկայացուցչի դիմումի հիման վրա Նարեկ Սամսոնյանը ձերբակալվել է։ Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց Սամսոնյանի պաշտպան Ռուբեն Մելիքյանը։

«Քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով կան ֆորմալ խոչընդոտներ, մենք կներկայացնենք այդ խոչընդոտները և կտեսնենք քննիչի գործողությունները։ Լայն առումով գործ ունենք մի երևույթի հետ, որի վտանգների մասին բազմիցս էինք խոսում, սա քաղաքական ընդդիմախոսների դեմ օգտագործման համար նախատեսված երևույթ է, որը մեծ թափով կիրառվում է»,-ասաց Մելիքյանը։

Անդրադառնալով Նարեկ Սամսոնյանին` իր տան բակից մեծաքանակ ոստիկանների ուղեկցությամբ բռնի կերպով բերման ենթարկելուն, Մելիքյանը նշեց.

«Ծանր վիրավորանքի համարը, որի համար ազատազրկում նույնիսկ նախատեսված չէ, այդպիսի միջոցներով բերման ենթարելը անհասկանալի է, և մեր պատկերացմանբ` ապօրինի։ Ոստիկանների այդ քանակով և այդ եղանակով, որ կիրառվել է, «նիկոլական ձերբակալման» երևույթ է, որի մասին նա խոսում էր տարիներ առաջ, «գետնին պառկեցնելու» սկզբունքներով իրականացված քաղաքական ակցիա էր»։

Ըստ Մելիքյանի` քննիչը ժխտում է, որ տեղի ունեցածը իր հանձնարարությամբ է եղել։

«Հետագայում ամեն ինչ կպարզվի, բայց փաստենք, որ Նարեկ Սամսոնյանը գալիս էր քննիչի մոտ և պայմանավորված էր ժամը 12.00-ին, նրան ձերբակալել են և բերել քննիչի մոտ ժամը 13.00-ին»,- ասաց Նարեկ Սամսոնյանի պաշտպան Ռուբեն Մելիքյանը։
