Ինչպես են աշխատում ԱԺ պատգամավորները. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

«Փաստ» օրաթերթն այսօր կանդրադառնա որևէ խմբակցությունում չընդգրկված պատգամավոր Արայիկ Գրիգորյանին և Հանրապետական կուսակցության անդամներ Հայկ Գրիգորյանին, Հրանտ Գրիգորյանին և Մանվել Գրիգորյանին:
Նշված պատգամավորները բացի միևնույն ազգանունը կրելուց, միմյանց նման են նաև Ազգային ժողովում ցուցաբերած իրենց ակտիվությամբ՝ բոլորն էլ կողմ քվեարկելու ջատագով են: Նրանք կողմ են քվեարկել 600–800 և ավելի անգամներ: Միաժամանակ բոլորն էլ Ազգային ժողովում քննարկվող օրենսդրական նախաձեռնություններին դեմ են քվեարկել բավական քիչ՝ 6–9 անգամ: Բացի Մանվել Գրիգորյանից, մնացած երեք պատգամավորները ձեռնպահ են մնացել մեկական անգամ:
Միայն Արայիկ Գրիգորյանն ու Մանվել Գրիգորյանն են շատ բացակայել՝ համապատասխանաբար 210 և 191 անգամ: Արայիկ Գրիգորյանն անցած չորս տարիների ընթացքում ոչ մի հարց և ելույթ չի ունեցել խորհրդարանում, իսկ մնացած պատգամավորները քիչ թե շատ հարցեր տվել են՝ այդպիսով կատարելով իրենց ստանձնած գործի գոնե մի տոկոսը: Նշենք, որ նրանց մեջ գեներալ Մանվել Գրիգորյանը միակն է, ով և՛ ելույթ է ունեցել, և՛ հարց տվել՝ համապատասխանաբար 4 և 5 անգամ: Հայկ Գրիգորյանն ու Հրանտ Գրիգորյանը թեև քիչ, բայց գոնե մի քանի անգամ հարցեր են ունեցել, առաջինը ութ, երկրորդը՝ հինգ անգամ:
Պատգամավորներից Արայիկ Գրիգորյանն իհարկե նախաձեռնություններ չունի, բայց դրա փոխարեն բավական շատ փող ունի, ըստ իր 2015 թ. հայտարարագրի՝ նա 2 միլիարդ 395 միլիոն 343 հազար դրամ ունի: Նա միակն է նշված պատգամավորներից, ով նման կարողություններ ունի: Արայիկ Գրիգորյանը, ինչպես հայտնի է, «Ավշարի գինու գործարանի» սեփականատերն է:
ՀՀԿ–ական Հրանտ Գրիգորյանը, ով Մանվել Գրիգորյանի եղբորորդին է և իր հորեղբոր հետ բավական լարված հարաբերություններ ունի, նույնպես նախաձեռնություններ չունի: Նրա դրամական միջոցները կազմել են 20 միլիոն դրամ, իսկ եկամուտները՝ 56 միլիոն դրամ:
Բավական երիտասարդ, մաթեմատիկայի մասնագետ, գորիսեցի 32–ամյա պատգամավոր Հայկ Գրիգորյանը, ով քվեարկությունների 94 տոկոսին կողմ է քվեարկել, Աշխատանքային օրենսգրքի վերաբերյալ օրենսդրական նախաձեռնության համահեղինակ է: Նա ըստ իր 2015 թ. հայտարարագրի՝ դրամական միջոցներ չունի, իսկ եկամուտներն էլ կազմել են 6 միլիոն 435 հազար դրամ: Նշենք, որ նա պատգամավոր էր ընտրվել 28 տարեկան հասակում, երբ իր անցած ուղին ընդամենը Գորիսի ավագ դպրոցում մաթեմատիկայի ուսուցիչ լինելն էր:
ԵԿՄ վարչության նախագահ Մանվել Գրիգորյանը, ի տարբերություն իր զարմիկի՝ մեկ նախաձեռնություն է բերել խորհրդարան. նա «Երկրապահ կամավորականի կարգավիճակ» օրենսդրական նախաձեռնության համահեղինակն է: Գրիգորյանը նախորդ տարվա տվյալներով մոտ 400 միլիոն դրամ է ունեցել, ավելի ստույգ՝ 394 միլիոն դրամ:
