«Զանգեզուրի միջանցք»-ի մասին խոսում են Ադրբեջանը և Հայաստանի ընդդիմությունը, «Ազատության» հետ զրույցում հայտարարեց «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության ղեկավար Հայկ Կոնջորյանը՝ նշելով, թե «հարց է առաջանում՝ արդյոք հայաստանյան ընդդիմության և Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների միջև դաշինք կա՞ ձևավորված՝ հարվածելու Հայաստանի իշխանություններին»:

«Ընդդիմությունը հավատում է ոչ թե իրական փաստերին, որոնք որ կան, այլ այն երևակայական դավադրությունների տեսություններին, որոնք ընդդիմությունը կամ գուցե այլ ուժեր, գուցե նույնիսկ Հայաստանից դուրս գեներացնում են և ընդդիմության հետ տիրաժավորում են հայաստանյան հասարակական և քաղաքական դաշտում, որովհետև մենք բազմիցս ասել ենք, որ Հայաստանը չի մտնելու միջանցքային տրամաբանության մեջ», - ասաց Կոնջորյանը:

Անդրադառնալով Սոչիում նոյեմբերի 26-ին Հայաստանի, Ռուսաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարների հանդիպման արդյունքներին, որոնք պետք է հրապարակեին փոխվարչապետերը, Կոնջորյանն ասաց հանձնաժողովն աշխատում է մի շարք գործնական և տեխնիկական հարցերի հստակեցման և վերջնականացման ուղղությամբ:

Հարցին «3+2» ձևաչափով նիստին մասնակցելը չի՞ հակասում Երևանի դիրքորոշմանը, ՔՊ ղեկավարը պատասխանեց. «Հակասություններ չկան, քանի որ մենք նախապես հայտարարել էինք, որ այս ձևաչափում քննարկվող հարցերը չեն կարող կրկնել այն ձևաչափերը, որտեղ մենք արդեն իսկ քննարկում ենք տարբեր հարցեր, այդ թվում մեզ համար կենսական նշանակություն ունեցող հարցեր: Օրինակ՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության հարցը, որը քննարկվում է ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի եռանախագահության ֆորմատում, կամ նույն կոմունիկացիաների ապաշրջափակամն և այլ հարցեր: Այս տեսանկյունից մենք նաև այս մասով տեղեկացրել ենք մեր գործընկերներին, մասնավորապես, ռուս գործընկերներին, և ինչպես վարչապետը հայտարարեց, նաև մեր ռուս գործընկերներից ստացել ենք ազդակ, որ նրանք ևս կիսում են մեր մոտեցումն այս մասով»:

Կորնջորյանը նշեց, որ նիստի ընթացքում կարող են քննարկվել տարածաշրջանային քաղաքականության հետ առնչվող տարբեր թեմաներ, որոնք կարող ենք Հայաստանի համար ունենալ հետաքրքրություն:

«Մենք նաև նշել ենք կառավարության ծրագրում, որ Հայաստանը պատրաստվում է տարածաշրջանային քաղաքականության տեսանկյունից ևս ակտիվություն ցուցաբերել և լինել պրոակտիվ, բնականաբար, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պետական շահերի տեսանկյունից ելնելով: Այս մասով եթե կլինեն հարցեր, որոնք կտեղավորվեն նշածս տրամաբանության մեջ, բնականաբար, քննարկումներ կլինեն, և մեր դիրքորոշումները մենք ապագայում կհայտնենք», - ասաց նա:

Դիտարկմանը՝ «կա տեսակետ, որ այս ձևաչափը հայանպաստ չէ, և ինչո՞ւ է Երևանը միանում թուք-ադրբեջանական նախաձեռնությամբ ստեղծված ձևաչափին», Կորնջորյանը պատասխանեց. «Կարող են լինել մարդիկ, որոնք կասեն, որ այս տարածաշրջանը որոշակիորեն հայանպաստ չէ ընդհանուր տարածաշրջանային ստեղծված իրավիճակով, բայց դա չի նշանակում, որ մենք չպետք է աշխատենք, չպետք է մասնակից լինենք տարածաշրջանային քաղաքականությանը, որովհետև մենք այս տարածաշրջանի անքակտելի և կարևոր մասն ենք հանդիսանում: Մենք պիտի ամեն բան անենք, որ Հայաստանը դառնա գործոն այս տարածաշրջանում, ու դա նշանակում է՝ բոլոր այն հարթակները և այն հնարավորությունները, որոնք կան և կարող են լինել, Հայաստանն ավելի գործուն սուբյեկտ դարձնելու համար մենք պետք է օգտագործենք այդ հնարավորությունները»:
