Միհրան Մուսայելյանը գերության մեջ ենթարկվել է բռնության, նրա մարմնվի վրա հայտնաբերվել է 40-ից ավելի վնասվածք, առողջությանը պատճառվել է ծանր վնաս․ Արցախի դատախազություն

Ինչպես արդեն հաղորդվել էր, սույն թվականի նոյեմբերի 26-ին մոլորվելու հետևանքով Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության տակ էր հայտնվել և ռուս խաղաղապահերի միջնորդությամբ հայկական կողմին վերադարձվել Արցախի Հանրապետության Մարտունու շրջանի Աշան համայնքի բնակիչ Միհրան Մուսայելյանը, տեղեկացնում է Արցախի դատախազությունը:

Մ. Մուսայելյանի մարմնի վրա առկա վնասվածքների առաջացման մեխանիզմը, տեղակայությունը և առողջությանը պատճառված վնասի աստիճանը որոշելու նպատակով 2021թ. նոյեմբերի 27-ին նշանակվել էր դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն, որի եզրակացությամբ Մ. Մուսայելյանի մարմնի վրա արձանագրվել հայտնաբերվել էր քերծվածքների ու արյունազեղումների տեսքով 40-ից ավելի վնասվածք, կրծքավանդակի փակ, բութ վնասվածք՝ կրծքոսկրի մարմնի կոտրվածքի ձևով, որն ուղեկցվել է կրծքավանդակի օրգանների վնասումով՝ ձախակողմյան ենթամաշկային էմֆիզեմիայի ու պնևմոմեդիաստենումի զարգացումներով, որոնք առաջացրել են առողջության ծանր վնաս՝ կյանքին վտանգ սպառնացող: 

Ձեռք բերված տվյալների հիման վրա ԱՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ԱՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 111-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 5-րդ և 11-րդ կետերով (դիտավորությամբ մեկ ուրիշին ծանր մարմնական վնասվածք պատճառելը մի խումբ անձանց կողմից և ազգային ատելության շարժառիթով) նախատեսված հանցագործության հատկանիշներով, կատարվում է հետաքննություն:
