Մարտակերտի շրջանի Մաղավուզ գյուղում բնակվող ՌԴ քաղաքացու նկատմամբ ոստիկանների կողմից բռնություն գործադրելու դեպքի վերաբերյալ քրգործ է հարուցվել. Արցախի ՄԻՊ

2021  թվականի  նոյեմբերի 22-ին մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել Մարտակերտի շրջանի Մաղավուզ գյուղում բնակվող, Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության քաղաքացու նկատմամբ Արցախի Հանրապետության ոստիկանության ծառայողների կողմից բռնություն գործադրելու դեպքի վերաբերյալ: Այս մասին հայտնում է Արցախի ՄԻՊ-ը:

«Սահմանված կարգով բողոքը ուսումնասիրելուց հետո «Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի մասին» օրենքի 19-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի 4-րդ կետի համաձայն` բողոք ներկայացրած անձի գրավոր համաձայնությամբ, որոշում է ընդունվել բողոքն այլ մարմնի՝ Արցախի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազության քննարկմանը փոխանցելու վերաբերյալ: Բողոք ներկայացրած անձը ծանուցվել է որոշման մասին:

Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի հաղորդման հիման վրա Արցախի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազության հատուկ քննչական բաժնում 2021 թվականի նոյեմբերի 24-ին Քրեական օրենսգրքի 323-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ  մասով նախատեսված հանցագործության հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ։

Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը հետևողական է լինելու մարդու իրավունքների և ազատությունների լիակատար պաշտպանության, խոշտանգումների և այլ անմարդկային կամ արժանապատվությունը նվաստացնող վերաբերմունքի կամ պատժի կանխարգելման հարցում»,- ասված է ՄԻՊ-ի տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ:
