Առողջապահության նախարարությունը՝ կորոնավիրուսի նոր՝ «Օմիկրոն» շտամի մասին

2021 թվականի նոյեմբերին Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպությունը (ԱՀԿ) հայտարարեց կորոնավիրուսի նոր տարբերակի՝ «Օմիկրոնի» մասին: Այժմ գիտնականները Հարավային Աֆրիկայում և ամբողջ աշխարհում հետազոտություններ են իրականացնում «Օմիկրոն» տարբերակի հատկությունները բացահայտելու ուղղությամբ:

Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից։

Այս պահին պարզ չէ, «Օմիկրոն» տարբերակը մյուսների համեմատ ավելի վարակելի է, թե ոչ, չնայած Հարավային Աֆրիկայի շրջաններում, որտեղ շրջանառում է այս տարբերակը, ավելացել են կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդության դեպքերը: Ներկայումս իրականացվում են համաճարակաբանական հետազոտություններ` պարզելու` արդյոք այն պայմանավորված է «Օմիկրոն» տարբերակով, թե՞ այլ գործոններով:

COVID-19-ի հարուցչի բոլոր տարբերակները, ներառյալ ամբողջ աշխարհում գերիշխող «Դելտա»-ն, կարող են հանգեցնել հիվանդության ծանր ընթացքի և մահվան՝ հատկապես ռիսկի խմբի անձանց շրջանում։ «Օմիկրոնը» կարող է բարձրացնել կրկնավարակի վտանգը։ Ըստ այդմ, պատվաստանյութերը շարունակում են արդյունավետորեն պաշտպանել հիվանդության ծանր ընթացքից և մահվան դեպքերից:

Պայմանավորված այն հանգամանքով, որ «Օմիկրոն» տարբերակը ճանաչվել է մտահոգիչ, ԱՀԿ-ն խորհուրդ է տալիս երկրներին մի շարք միջոցառումներ ձեռնարկել, այդ թվում’ ուժեղացնել վերահսկողությունը և ակտիվացնել գենոմային սեկվենավորման գործընթացը: Երկրները պետք է շարունակեն արդյունավետ հակահամաճարակային միջոցառումներ ձեռնարկել COVID-19-ի հարուցչի շրջանառության ընդհանուր մասշտաբները կրճատելու ուղղությամբ՝ առաջնորդվելով գոյություն ունեցող ռիսկերի վերլուծությամբ և գիտական մոտեցմամբ: Բացի այդ, անհրաժեշտ է ապահովել կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդության դեմ պատվաստանյութերի համահավասար հասանելիություն բոլորի համար՝ առաջնահերթություն տալով ռիսկի խմբերին:
