ԱԺ պատվիրակությունը Մադրիդում Իսպանիայի խորհրդարանի հովանու ներքո անցկացվող Միջխորհրդարանական միության 143-րդ քառօրյա վեհաժողովի աշխատանքներին զուգահեռ դեկտեմբերի 1-ին հանդիպել է Իսպանիայի հայ համայնքի ներկայացուցիչների հետ:

ԱԺ աշխատակազմի հաղորդմամբ՝ ջերմ մթնոլորտում կայացած հանդիպման ընթացքում ԱԺ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության ղեկավար Հայկ Կոնջորյանը, խմբակցության անդամներ Հասմիկ Հակոբյանն ու Ծովինար Վարդանյանն անդրադարձել են հայ համայնքի ներկայացուցիչների մտահոգություններին: Դրանք հիմնականում առնչվել են Արցախի հակամարտության կարգավորմանը, ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի եւ Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւի՝ օրեր առաջ կայացած հանդիպման մանրամասներին, հանդիպման արդյունքներով ընդունված համատեղ հայտարարությանը:

Խմբակցության ղեկավարի խոսքով՝ Հայաստանը տարածաշրջանում առկա խնդիրները խաղաղ ու բանակցային ճանապարհով լուծելու կողմնակից է: Հայկ Կոնջորյանը վերահաստատել է, որ մեր երկրի համար կարեւոր է տարածաշրջանի տնտեսական եւ տրանսպորտային կապերի ապաշրջափակումը: Նա հավելել է, որ Հայաստանը կողմ է Թուրքիայի հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորմանը՝ առանց նախապայմանների:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում իսպանահայերը բարձրացրել են Սփյուռքի գործունեության կանոնակարգմանն առնչվող հարցեր: Խորհրդարանականներն այս համատեքստում իրազեկել են, որ օրեր առաջ ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովում ընդունված օրենքի համաձայն՝ հասարակական հիմունքներով համայնքներում խորհրդականի կարգավիճակով կնշանակվեն Սփյուռքի գործերի հանձնակատարներ:

Նշենք, որ իսպանահայ համայնքը ներկայացնում էին գործարարներ, բժիշկներ, մշակույթի եւ արվեստի գործիչներ, որոնք 44-օրյա պատերազմի օրերին զգալի օժանդակություն են ցուցաբերել հայ ժողովրդին:
