Հանրակրթական դպրոցներում համաճարակը հաղթահարելը խնդրահարույց է

Հանրակրթության մասին ՀՀ օրենքում փոփոխություններ են նախատեսվում։ Ըստ նոր փոփոխությունների՝ դպրոցում պետք է լինի երկու տնօրեն մեկը ուսումնական, մյուսը՝ վարչատնտեսական։ Այս թեմայով 1or.am կայքը զրուցել է կրթության մասնագետ, «Մաշտոց» կրթահամալիրում Հայոց լեզվի և գրականության ուսուցիչ Արման Մաթոսյանի հետ։

- Պարոն Մաթոսյան, ի՞նչ կարծիք ունեք այս փոփոխությունների մասին:

- Կարծում եմ, որ այդ փոփոխությունը ճիշտ է, քանի որ այդ գործառույթները իրականում մեկը մյուսի հետ կապ չունեցող գործառույթներ են, և ցանկալի կլինի, որ դրանք լինեն առանձին։ Միգուցե ավելի ճիշտ կլիներ, որ երկու պաշտոնն էլ տնօրեն չկոչել, բայց որոշումը կարծում եմ՝ ճիշտ է։

- Պարտականությունները կիսելու հետ մեկտեղ հավանական է նաև աշխատավարձի կրճատում լինի, ի՞նչ կասեք այս մասին:

- Կարծում եմ, որ ուսումնական գծով փոխտնօրենի կամ կազմակերպչի հաստիքը կկրճատվի, որոշմանը ամբողջությամբ ծանոթ չեմ, բայց կարծում եմ, որ մեկ այլ հաստիքի հաշվին դա կարվի։

- Համաճարակային իրավիճակը ինչպե՞ս է անդրադառնում կրթության որակի վրա:

- Քանի որ ես աշխատում եմ մասնավոր դպրոցում, և մեր դպրոցը բավականին պաշտպանված է շատ բան ասել չեմ կարող, բայց տեսնում եմ, որ հանրակրթական դպրոցում խնդրահարույց է, քանի որ կան մեծ դասարաններ, ուսուցումն էլ ոչ կարգավորված, և այդ պայմաններում աշակերտները հանդիսանում են վարակ տարածող։ Կան դպրոցներ, որոնք չունեն բուժքույրեր, որովհետև որքանով տեղյակ եմ աշակերտների որոշակի քանակի դեպքում միայն լինում են բուժքույրեր, և փոքր դպրոցներում հատկապես դա խնդրահարույց է։
