Սոչիում եռակողմ հանդիպումից հետո տարածած հայտարարությունում հայկական շահը հստակ արտացոլող կետ ես չտեսա. Մամիջանյան

Սոչիում նոյեմբերի 26-ին Հայաստանի, Ռուսաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարների հանդիպման արդյունքում ընդունած հայտարարությունում «հայկական շահը հստակ արտացոլող կետ, ես որպես այդպիսին չտեսա», հայտարարեց «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության քարտուղար Հայկ Մամիջանյանը:

«Հստակ տարբերություն կա Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ասուլիսի ժամանակ հնչեցված հռետորիկայի հետ, հանդիպման տեսաձայնագրվող հատվածում իր հնչեցրած խոսքերի հետ և հայտարարության տեքստի հետ: Ուստի կարող ենք հստակ արձանագրել, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը խոսում է ավելի շատ ներքին լսարանի համար, քան իրապես խնդիրներ լուծելու համար», - ասաց Մամիջանյանը:

«Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության պատգամավորը նշեց նաև, որ հայտարարությունում Հայաստանին հետաքրքրող գերիների հարցը որևէ ժամանակագրական «սահմանի մեջ չի դրվել», բացակայում է Արցախի հիմնահարցի հիշատակումը:

«Եթե այդ գործընթացի վերջնարդյունքում ստացվող փաստաթղթի, համաձայնագրի, ոնց ուզում եք անվանեք, մեջ չֆիքսվի ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդրի կարգավորման գործընթացի հիմնարար սկզբունքները, միջազգայնորեն ճանաչված մանդատ ունեցող կառույցը՝ Մինսկի խումբը և այլն, ինչպես արվել է միշտ այն դեպքերում, երբ որ «չի քննարկվել կամ շրջանցվել է այդ հարցը», ամենատարբեր հարթակներում, պարզապես նշվում էր, որ այդ հակամարտությունն առկա է, որ այն պետք է լուծվի երեք հիմնարար սկզբունքների հիման վրա ու դրա լուծման միջազգայնորեն տրված մանդատը Մինսկի խմբին է տրված: Էդ ձևակերպումը կապահովագրի Հայաստանը հետագայում նմանօրինակ շահարկումներից՝ իբր արցախյան հիմնախնդիրը փակված է», - ասաց նա:

Մամիջանյանն ընդգծեց նաև, որ «թուրքական աշխարհի ամբողջականության թեզը» նոր շունչ ստացավ 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ից հետո. - «Մինչ այդ դա երազանք էր, որը թուրքական աշխարհը ուներ, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի քաղաքականությունց հետո դա շրջանառվող թեմա է տարածաշրջանում և ամբողջ աշխարհում»:

«​Չեմ կարող համաձայնել, որ գնաճը Հայաստանում ԵԱՏՄ-ում վարվող տնտեսական քաղաքականության հետևանք է»

Պատասխանելով օգտատերերից մեկի հարցին՝ ինչո՞ւ չեն բարձրաձայնում, որ գնաճը Հայաստանում հիմնական ԵԱՏՄ-ում վարվող տնտեսական քաղաքականության հետևանք է, Մամիջանյանն ասաց՝ չի կարող համաձայնել այդ տեսակետի հետ:

«Սրա մասին շատ ավելի մանրամասն կխոսեն իմ տնտեսագետ գործընկերները, բայց գնաճը Հայաստանում այն երևույթների հետևանքն է, որոնք այս կամ այն կերպ հանգեցրի տնտեսության շատ ծանր իրավիճակին, ընդ որում՝ այն բոլոր մարդիկ, ովքեր կասեն, որ դրա պատճառը քովիդն է, ես իրենց խորհուրդ կտամ բացել նախաքովիդյան տվյալները: Արդեն իսկ տեսանելի էր, որ այն իբր տնտեսական հրաշքը, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իր թիմի հետ կարողացել էր ունենալ բյուջե մուտքերի արդյունքում, ընդամենն այն ժամանակ, այդ թվում՝ ԵԱՏՄ գործընթացների հետ կապված մեքենաների մաքսազերծման վերջնաժամկետն էր, մեծամասամբ դրանով է պայմանավորված», - ընդգծեց «Պատիվ ունեմ»-ի քարտուղարը:
