Թուրքիայում բազմահազար ցուցարարներ պահանջում են Էրդողանի հրաժարականը

Թուրքիայում օրեցօր խորացող տնտեսական ճգնաժամը, լիրայի ռեկորդային անկումն ու գների սրընթաց աճը երեկ փողոց էին դուրս բերել հազարավոր քաղաքացիների:

Խոշորագույն քաղաքներում՝ Անկարայում, Ստամբուլում և Իզմիրում, երեկոյան բողոքի ցույցեր էին սկսվել, որոնց մասնակիցները պահանջում էին նախագահ Էրդողանի և կառավարության հրաժարականը։

Ստամբուլի Թաքսիմի հրապարակի մերձակայքում և քաղաքի կենտրոնական մի շարք թաղամասերում ցուցարարները կաթսաներով ու գդալներով էին բողոքի ձայն բարձրացրնում իշխանությունների վարած տնտեսական քաղաքականության դեմ: Շատերը իրենց տների պատուհաններից ու պատշգամբերից էին միացել, մի խումբ քաղաքացիներ էլ պաստառներով հավաքվել էին Կենտրոնական բանկի ստամբուլյան մասնաշենքի մոտ և իշխանություններին մեղադրում էին երկիրը սնանկացնելու համար:

Բողոքի ակցիաներին միացել էին նաև Թուրքիայի առաջատար համալսարանների՝ Ստամբուլի Բողազիչի և Անկարայի Մերձավորարևելյան տեխնիկական համալսարանների հարյուրավոր ուսանողներ։

Բողոքի ալիքը հասունանում էր արդեն շուրջ մեկ տարի՝լիրայի շարունակական անկմանը զուգահեռ։ Դժգոհությունը, սակայն, հասավ կիզակետին երեկ, երբ ազգային արժույթը մեկ օրում արժեզրկվեց ավելի քան տասը տոկոսով՝ հասնելով ռեկորդային ցածր ցուցանիշի: Ընդհանուր առմամբ, անցած մեկ տարում լիրան արժեզրկվել է մոտ 40 տոկոսով՝ արձանագրելով վատագույն ցուցանիշը զարգացող երկրների արժույթների շարքում։

Արժեզրկմանը, ըստ վերլուծաբանների, նպաստել էին նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի վերջին քայլերն ու հայտարարությունները, թե իրենք մտադիր են շարունակել վերաֆինանսավորման տոկոսադրույքները ցածր պահելու՝ Կենտրոնական բանկի քաղաքականությունը: Նպատակն է լիրայի թուլացման հաշվին բարձրացնել թուրքական ապրանքների մրցունակությունը, ավելացնել արտահանումը և ներգրավել ներդրողների:

Մասնագետների գնահատմամբ, սակայն, այս որոշումը անմտություն է և կարող է լուրջ հարված հասցնել երկրի տնտեսությանը: Խանութներում օր-օրի բարձրացող գները, համենայդեպս, լավատեսություն չեն ներշնճում։ Վերջին հաշվարկներով, մեկ տարվա կտրվածքով գնաճը շուրջ 20 տոկոսի է հասնում:

«Ես չորս երեխաների հայր եմ, չգիտեմ ինչ է լինելու, ինչպես ենք ծայրը ծայրին հասցնելու: Տան վարձ ենք վճարում, կոմունալ վճարումներ ունենք: Չգիտեմ ինչ ենք անելու»:

«Ես երկու երեխա ունեմ և շատ մտահոգված եմ նրանց ապագայի համար: Նախկինում երբ ճգնաժամեր են եղել, այսքան չեմ մտահոգվել: Իսկ հիմա մտածում եմ, թե արդյոք կարող եմ հաց գնել, անհանգիստ եմ նաև երեխաներիս ապագայի, նրանց անվտանգության համար»:

Տնտեսական անկման ֆոնին թուրքական ընդդիմությունը կոչ է անում արտահերթ ընտրության գնալ։ Էրդողանը, սակայն, երեկ հակադարձեց՝ նախագահական և խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները տեղի կունեն ըստ ժամանակացույցի՝ 2023 թվականի հունիսին:

Այնուհանդերձ, թուրքական մամուլը գրում է, թե տնտեսական ճգնաժամին զուգընթաց նախագահի և նրա վարչակարգի հեղինակության անկումը ընդդիմության համար լավ հնարավորություն է ստեղծել համախմբվելու և Էրդողանի 20-ամյա իշխանությանը մարտահրավեր նետելու համար։
