ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկը մեկնարկել է առաջին բանկային չատ-բոտը WhatsApp և Facebook մեսենջերներում

ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկը մեկնարկել է երկրի բանկային շուկայում նմանօրինակ չունեցող Չատ-բանկ DIRECT անվամբ բոտը` WhatsApp և Facebook մեսենջերներում:

 

Ծառայության օգնությամբ Բանկի հաճախորդները կարող են կատարել բանկային գործարքներ` անմիջապես իրենց WhatsApp և Facebook մեսենջերների միջոցով:

Չատ-բանկ DIRECT-ի մի քանի պարզ քայլերի միջոցով առանց Բանկ այցելելու կարելի է դառնալ ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան բանկի հաճախորդ: Դեռևս հաճախորդ չհանդիսանալու  դեպքում անհրաժեշտ է լրացնել անձնական տվյալները և անցնել կենսաչափական նույնականացում՝ սելֆի անելու և անձը հաստատող փաստաթուղթը լուսանկարելու միջոցով: Արդյունքում կբացվի բանկային քարտ, որի ֆիզիկական տարբերակը հաճախորդը կարող է ստանալ իր կողմից նախապես ընտրված մասնաճյուղում։

Չատ-բանկ DIRECT ծառայության միջոցով կարելի է նաև ստանալ վարկ, արագ դրամական փոխանցում քարտին, ներդնել ավանդ, ինչպես նաև, ստանալ տեղեկատվություն գործող պրոդուկտների և ծառայությունների վերաբերյալ:

 

Չատ-բանկ DIRECT ծառայությունից օգտվելու համար` հաճախորդը պետք է ավելացնի Բանկի (+374) 8000-8787 հեռախոսահամարն իր կոնտակտների ցանկում և WhatsApp մեսենջերի միջոցով պահպանված կոնտակտին ուղարկի «Start» բառը կամ անմիջապես անցնի հղումով:

Ծառայությունն ակտիվացնելու մեկ այլ միջոց՝ Facebook մեսենջերում անհրաժեշտ է անցնել հետևյալ հղումով, ապա՝ գրել «Start»  բառը կամ  պարզապես նամակի տեսքով «Start»  բառն ուղարկել Բանկի ֆեյսբուքյան պաշտոնական էջին:

Ի պատասխան  «Start»  բառի՝  չատ-բոտը  ծառայությունն ակնթարթորեն սկսում է հաղորդակցվել հաճախորդի հետ:

 «Մենք շարունակում ենք զարգացնել Բանկին և հաճախորդներին միմյանց հետ կապող սպասարկման թվային ուղիները: Համոզված ենք, որ Չատ-բանկ DIRECT-ը կօգնի էապես նվազեցնել մեր Կոնտակտային կենտրոնի ծանրաբեռնվածությունը և խնայել հաճախորդի՝ պատասխանի սպասելու ժամանակը: Չատ-բոտը  նվազագույնի է հասցնում նաև մասնաճյուղեր այցելելու անհրաժեշտությունը՝ առաջարկելով հաճախորդներին ավելի արագ և անվտանգ սպասարկում»,- նշել է  «ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկ» ՓԲԸ Մանրածախ բիզնեսի զարգացման դեպարտամենտի տնօրեն Տաթևիկ Բադալյանը։
