Նոյեմբերի 22-ին նշվում է Բանկային աշխատողի մասնագիտական տոնը: Կոնվերս բանկը շնորհավորում է համակարգի աշխատակիցներին տոնի կապակցությամբ եւ մաղթում հաջողություններ կյանքի ցանկացած ասպեկտում:  

Համակարգում՝ տվյալ դեպքում, Կոնվերս Բանկում, աշխատում են մարդիկ, ովքեր ոչ միայն լավ մասնագետներ են, այլեւ հետաքրքիր անձինք: Մեր պատմությունը նրանցից մի քանիսի մասին է:

Լիլիթ Հարությունյանը Կոնվերս Բանկի Օժանդակող գրասենյակի Գործառնական խմբի աշխատակից է: Արդեն մեկ տարուց ավելի տիկնիկներ է գործում. Յուրաքանչյուր տիկնիկ առանձին «անհատ» է՝ իր բնավորությամբ, ոճով, աշխարհայացքով:  «Ձեռքի աշխատանքը օգնում է «գեղեցիկ»մտածել եւ ստեղծել: Հետաքրքիր, գեղեցիկ և անընդհատ բացահայտվող աշխարհ է` դրական աուրայով և էմոցիաներով: Այդպես ես հանգստանում եմ: Տիկնիկներիս հետ էմոցիաներ և էներգիա եմ փոխանակում՝ տալիս եմ և ստանում, նորովի բացահայտելում ինձ»,-ասում է Լիլիթը եւ հավելում, որ տիկնիկների մեծ մասը սիրով նվիրում է մտերիմներին:

Անի Նազարյանը Կոնվերս բանկի Դիլինգ և ֆինանսական շուկաների վարչության աշխատակից է, որը շատերին հայտնի է իր գեղանկարչական աշխատանքներով: Այսօր, ինչպես ինքն է նշում,  նա սիրում է փորձարկել նկարչական նոր ոճեր, բայց ինչ ոճում էլ աշխատի, փորձում է դրական տրամադրություն հաղորդել: «Կախված նկարչական նյութերից և ոճից՝ հանգստանալու, էմոցիաներն արտահայտելու միջոց է, հիշողություններն «ամրագրելու» ձև (travel sketching), ինչու չէ նաև սիրելի մարդկանց համար գեղեցիկ և հաճելի նվեր ստեղծելու հնարավորություն»,- ժպտում է Անին:

Արսեն Մակարյանը աշխատում է Բանկի Հաշվեկշռի ամփոփման բաժնում եւ ինչպես գործընկերներն են ասում՝ նրա՝  Excel ծրագրի հմտություններն անսահման են: Չի եղել որեւէ դեպք, որ նա չկարողանա ստանալ պահանջվածը: Արսենը կես լուրջ-կես կատակ ասում է, որ Excel-ի բարելավումների հիմնական երեք պատճառ կա՝ ծուլություն, ծուլություն եւ ես մեկ անգամ ծուլություն: «Տանել չեմ կարողանում նույն բանը մի քանի անգամ կատարել: Եթե հնարավորություն կա հեշտացնելու աշխատանքը, ինչու՞ չանել: Հենց սա էլ պատճառը, որ սկսեցի մտածել աշխատանքը թեթեւացնելու հնարավորությունների մասին, ստեղծեցի  եւ ստեղծում եմ համակարգեր, որոնցից օգտվում են նաեւ գործընկերներս»,- ասում է նա՝ որպես օրինակ նշելով ConvertBox Add-in-ը Word համակարգի համար, որը հնարավորություն է  տալիս հեշտ փոխարկել եւ այլ ծրագրերում օգտագործել համացանցում  ազատ բեռնման համար հասանելի ցանկացած տվյալ:

Կոնվերս Քլաբի աշխատակից Լիլիթ Գեւորգյանը այլ հոբբի ունի՝ մշակել եւ պատրաստել բնական եւ ոչ բնական քարերից զարդեր՝ վզնոցներ, թեւնոցներ, մատանիներ եւ ականջողեր: «Գեղեցկության, գեղեցիկ լինելու նկատմամբ ձգտումը կնոջ մեջ դրված է ի ծնե: Իսկ զարդերը կնոջ ինքնատիպությունը, գեղեցկությունը շեշտելու, առանձնացնելու եղանակներից : Աշխատելիս ես հանգստանում եմ, իսկ երբ տեսնում եմ ծանոթ-անծանոթների վերաբերմունքը իմ զարդերին կամ գնահատականը՝ հասկանում եմ, որ արժեքավոր ինչ-որ բան եմ ստեղծում»,- ասում է նա:

Ռիսկերի կառավարման վարչության պետ Վահե Գեւորգյանն էլ երկու այլ հոբբի ունի՝ ֆուտբոլ ու շախմատ, որով զբաղվում է պրոֆեսիոնալ: «Շախմատը  ճկունություն է, հակառակորդի քայլերը կանխագուշակելու ու կանխելու հնարավորություն, նպաստում է վերլուծական մտքին, խնդիրների արագ և արդյունավետ լուծումներ գտնելուն: Այս  հմտությունները անհրաժեշտ են նաեւ իմ աշխատանքում՝ ռիսկերը, վերլուծելու, գնահատելու, հաշվարկելու և կանխելու համար»,- ասում է նա:
