1 միլիոն դոլար. ԱՄՆ-ում վաճառքի է հանվել երբևէ Ալյասկայում հայտնաբերված ոսկու ամենամեծ բնակտորը (լուսանկարներ)

Երբևէ հայտնաբերված ամենամեծ ոսկու բնակտորներից մեկը Դալլասում վաճառքի է հանվել 1 միլիոն դոլարով՝ հայտնաբերվելուց 23 տարի անց, գրում է Daily Mail-ը:

Alaska Centennial Gold Nugget կոչվող բնակտորը, որը կշռում է ապշեցուցիչ 10 կգ, ավելի քան 90%-ով բաղկացած է ոսկուց և ունի փոքր երեխայի գլխի չափ, հայտնաբերվել է ոսկու հանքափոր Բարրի Քլեյի կողմից Ալյասկայում՝ 1998 թվականին: Քլեյը, հասկանալով, որ ջեքփոթն է շահել, թաղել է կտորը ծառի տակ, որպեսզի ժամանակ շահի, մինչ որոշեր, թե ինչ է անելու դրա հետ:

The Alaska Centennial Nugget, which measures 6.75ins by 5.75ins and weighs 21lbs, was discovered by gold miner Barry Clay on Swift Creek in Alaska in 1998. It has been recorded as the largest gold nugget to be found in Alaska, and only smaller than the 'Boot of Cortez' nugget found in Mexico.
