ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը տեղեկացնում է, որ ս.թ. նոյեմբերի 16-ին ՀՀ բնակչության շրջանում խուճապ առաջացնելու նպատակով՝ տարբեր սոցիալական հարթակներում և կայքերում ադրբեջանցիների կողմից ապատեղեկատվություն պարունակող հաղորդագրություններ են տարածվում, որոնցում մասնավորապես կոչ է արվում հայերի դեմ սկսել հեռախոսային ահաբեկչական գործողություններ Друзья, просим Вас начать компанию телефонного террора против армян: Այդ հաղորդագրություններում խորհուրդ է տրվում հավաքել +374 երկրի կոդը, այնուհետև բջջային կապի օպերատորների բոլոր 91, 99, 43, 77, 93, 94, 98 հեռախոսային կոդերը, ինչից հետո հավաքել 7-նիշանոց որևէ համար և ռուսերենով ձայնային կամ տեքստային հաղորդագրություններ ուղարկել Ադրբեջանի հետ սահմանամերձ քաղաքները և բնակավայրերը անմիջապես լքելու կոչերով:

Միաժամանակ, կոչ է արվում ուղերձներ տարածել՝ համաձայն որոնց, Մեղրի, Կապան, Քաջարան, Ջերմուկ, Տաթև, Գորիս, Տեղ, Սիսիան, Անգեղակոթ քաղաքներն ու բնակավայրերը շուտով օկուպացվելու են ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի կողմից, և որ այդ հողերն արդեն հանձնված են Ադրբեջանին, ինչպես նաև տարածել, որ Յաշմա-ն և ադրբեջանական հատուկ ծառայությունների դիվերսիոն խմբերը արդեն այդ բնակավայրերում են:

ՀՀ ԱԱԾ-ն հորդորում է լինել զգոն, անուշադրության մատնել հնարավոր կասկածելի զանգերը և հաղորդագրությունները:
