Կոտայք համայնքի բնակչի տան բակում տեղի ունեցած պայթյունի դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրգործ. ՔԿ (տեսանյութ)

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 185-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով և 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով հարուցված քրեական գործով ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ՝ Կոտայք համայնքի բնակչի տան բակում տեղի ունեցած պայթյունի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ: Այս մասին հայտնում է ՔԿ-ն:

Նախնական տվյալներով՝ 2021թ. նոյեմբերի 13-ին՝ ժամը 02.00-ի սահմաններում, առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը, ուրիշի գույքը հանրավտանգ եղանակով վնասելու դիտավորությամբ, դեռևս չպարզված տեսակի պայթուցիկ սարք է նետել Կոտայքի մարզի Կոտայք համայնքի բնակչի առանձնատան բակ, որի պատճառով տեղի է ունեցել պայթյուն, ինչի վերաբերյալ նույն օրը` ժամը 07:20-ին, հիշյալ բնակչի կողմից ստացվել է համապատասխան հաղորդում:

Կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, որի ժամանակ առանձնատան բակում կայանված «Տոյոտա Լենդ Քրուիզեր» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի, ինչպես նաև առանձնատան խոհանոցի պատուհանի ապակիներին հայտնաբերվել են պայթյունի հետևանքով առաջացած վնասվածքներ, իսկ գետնին՝ պայթուցիկ սարքի բեկորներ և պայթուցիչի լծակ:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում հարցաքննվել են մի շարք անձինք, քրեական գործով էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքներ պարզելու նպատակով նշանակվել է դատապայթյունատեխնիկական, դատաքիմիական և դատաապրանքագիտական համալիր փորձաքննություն:

Հանձնարարություն է տրվել հետաքննության մարմնին:

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է: Ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ՝ առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը պարզելու, նրան հայտնաբերելու և վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին ներկայացնելու ուղղությամբ:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ,քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
