Լոռու մարզում ամուսինը խեղդել է կնոջն ու դա որպես հանկարծամահություն ներկայացրել

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ձեռնարկված մեծածավալ քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում հիմնավորվել է, որ Լոռու մարզի 44-ամյա բնակչուհին ոչ թե հանկարծամահ է եղել, այլ դարձել բռնության զոհ։ Մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ամուսնուն։ 

Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել ենք, որ 44-ամյա կնոջ մահվան մասին ահազանգն ստացվել էր 2016թ. սեպտեմբերի 9-ին՝ բժշկական կենտրոնից։ Շտապօգնության աշխատակիցները, ամուսնու կանչի հիման վրա ժամանելով բնակարան, արձանագրել էին կնոջ մահը։ 

Անմիջապես դեպքի վայր էր մեկնել քննչական խումբը և նախաձեռնել անհետաձգելի քննչական գործողություններ՝ պարզելու դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքերը: Ամուսինը իրավապահներին հայտարարել էր, թե կինը հանկարծամահ է եղել։ 

Կատարվել են դեպքի վայրի, դիակի զննություններ: Փորձագետների կողմից կնոջ մարմնի տարբեր հատվածներում հայտնաբերվել էին արյունազեղումներ, հարազատների հարցաքննության արդյունքում պարզվել էր, որ կինը դեպքից առաջ ամուսնու կողմից ենթարկվել է բռնության՝ ծեծի։ 

Հաշվի առնելով ձեռք բերված նախնական տվյալները՝ Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում 2016 սեպտեմբերի 19-ին հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ կնոջը ծեծելու դեպքի առթիվ, վերջինիս հայրը ճանաչվել է տուժողի իրավահաջորդ, իսկ ամուսնու նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառվել ստորագրություն՝ չհեռանալու մասին։ Նախաքննական մարմինը միաժամանակ միջոցներ էր ձեռնարկվել՝ ամուսնու՝ ՀՀ պետական սահմանը հնարավոր հատումը բացառելու համար։ 

Քրեական գործով իրականացվել են մեծածավալ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողություններ՝ կնոջ մահվան հանգամանքների բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ հետազոտումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ։ Արդյունքում՝ բավարար փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ կինը բռնության է ենթարկվել ոչ միայն իր մահից օրեր առաջ, այլ նաև դեպքի օրը։ 

Մասնավորապես՝ նախնական քննությամբ փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել առ այն, որ ամուսինը 2016թ. սեպտեմբերի 05-ին` ժամը 12:30-ի սահմաններում, անձնական հարցերի շուրջ առաջացած վիճաբանության ընթացքում տանը ծեծի է ենթարկել կնոջը: Այնուհետև օրեր անց ՝սեպտեմբերի 08-ի լույս 9-ի գիշերը, կրկին բռնություն է գործադրել կնոջ նկատմամբ. ձեռքերով և ոտքերով բազմաթիվ հարվածներ հասցրել կնոջ մարմնի տարբեր հատվածներին, ապա՝ շնչահեղձ անելու եղանակով սպանել նրան: Իսկ առավոտյան զանգահարել է շտապօգնություն՝ թվացյալ տպավորություն ստեղծելու համար, թե կնոջ մահվան պատճառը հանկարծամահությունն է։ 

Մինչդատական վարույթում ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ ամուսնուն մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 118-րդ հոդվածի և 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով, նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել կալանավորումը: 

Քրեական գործը՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել է դատարան:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀքրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
