Վարչապետի մոտ քննարկվել են «Էնթերփրայզ Արմենիա»-ի գործունեությանն ու ներդրողներին անհրաժեշտ օժանդակություն ցուցաբերելուն առնչվող հարցեր

Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ տեղի է ունեցել խորհրդակցություն, որի ընթացքում քննարկվել են «Էնթերփրայզ Արմենիա»-ի՝ Ներդրումների աջակցման կենտրոնի գործունեությանը վերաբերող հարցեր: Այս մասին հայտնում են կառավարությունից։

Վարչապետը նշել է, որ այսօրվա խորհրդակցության նպատակն է քննարկել Ներդրումների աջակցման կենտրոնի կանոնադրությունը: «Մենք անընդհատ տարբեր խնդիրներ ենք ունենում՝ կապված ներդրողների կողմից բարձրացվող հարցերի հետ, երբ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում մարդիկ ներդրումային ծրագրեր իրականացնելիս հանդիպում են ամենատարբեր բարդությունների: Մենք մի քանի անգամ ամենատարբեր ֆորմատներն ենք փորձարկել, թե ինչպես իմի բերենք, քննարկենք և լուծումներ տանք այդ խնդիրներին, որպեսզի ներդրողների համար ներդրումային գործընթացն առավել սահուն ընթանա:

Այդ գործընթացի արդյունքում, ի վերջո, հանգել ենք եզրակացության՝ փորձարկելու հետևյալ լուծումը, որպեսզի վարչապետը, փոխվարչապետերը և ճյուղային նախարարները ներգրավվեն Ներդրումների աջակցման կենտրոնի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդում: Բոլոր այն ներդրումային ծրագրերը, որոնք ուղեկցման անհրաժեշտություն ունեն, կքննարկվեն հոգաբարձուների խորհրդում, ըստ անհրաժեշտության կհրավիրվեն նաև գործառույթ ունեցող գերատեսչությունների ներկայացուցիչները և սա կդարձնենք ներդրումային ծրագրերի քննարկման հարթակ: Այսօր մեր նպատակն է, որպեսզի մենք այս տրամաբանությամբ նորից նայենք Ներդրումների աջակցման կենտրոնի կանոնադրությունը և գնանք առաջ»,- նշել է վարչապետ Փաշինյանը:

Այնուհետև քննարկվել են «Էնթերփրայզ Արմենիա»-ի կանոնադրությանը, գործառույթներին և այն քայլերին վերաբերող հարցեր, որոնք միտված են ներդրումների սահուն ընթացքի ապահովմանը, Հայաստանը ներդրումային գրավիչ միջավայր դարձնելուն, ներդրումների խթանմանն ու ներգրավմանը:

«Էնթերփրայզ Արմենիա»-ի կողմից ներկայացվել է հաշվետվություն, որը վերաբերել է 2020 թվականի մայիսից ի վեր ներդրողներին ցուցաբերված օժանդակությանը, ներդրողներին ուղեկցելուն, տարբեր խնդիրների լուծմանը հասնելու գործում կատարված աշխատանքներին: Անդրադարձ է կատարվել այն ներդրումային նախագծերին, այդ թվում՝ ներկայացված օտարերկրյա ընկերությունների կողմից, որոնք ներկայումս գտնվում են «Էնթերփրայզ Արմենիա»-ի հարթակում:

Ամփոփելով՝ վարչապետ Փաշինյանը հանձնարարել է առաջիկայում խորհրդի նոր կազմը հաստատելուց հետո կազմակերպել խորհրդակցություն և ներկայացնել այն ներդրումային ծրագրերը, որոնք բախվել են տարբեր խնդիրների և առաջ չեն շարժվում: Խորհուրդը մանրամասն կքննարկի խոչընդոտները և կփորձի գտնել համապատասխան լուծումներ, այդ թվում՝ օրենսդրական:
