ՎՏԲ-Հայաստանը մեկնարկել է ոսկու գրավադրմամբ վարկերի ակցիա

09.11.2021թ մինչև 30.12.2021թ (ներառյալ) ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկն անցկացնում է ոսկյա իրերի գրավադրմամբ վարկերի ակցիա՝ առավել շահավետ պայմաններով։ Բանկը հնարավորություն է ընձեռում ֆիզիկական անձ հաճախորդներին գրավադնել ոսկի Բանկի 67 մասնաճյուղերում և ստանալ ՀՀ դրամով վարկ՝ ցածր փաստացի տոկոսադրույքով:

Հաճախորդները կարող են մինչև դեկտեմբերի 30-ը ներառյալ դիմել Բանկի մասնաճյուղեր և ստանալ ոսկու գրավադրմամբ վարկեր՝ ՀՀ դրամով տարեկան 8%-ից մինչև 13.5% անվանական տոկոսադրույքով, տարեկան փաստացի տոկոսադրույքը կազմում է ընդամենը 17%-18.5%: Վարկի մարման ժամկետը 80 օրից մինչև 3 տարի է։ Վարկառուն իր հայեցողությամբ կարող է ընտրել վարկի մարման հետևյալ տարբերակներից մեկը.

  1. մինչև 90 օր ժամկետի դեպքում տոկոսները վճարվում են անմիջապես վարկի տրամադրման պահին, իսկ մնացած տոկոսները վճարվում են վարկի ժամկետի ավարտին` մայր գումարի հետ միասին,
  2. վարկի ամբողջ ժամկետի համար տոկոսները վճարվում են ամսական, իսկ վարկի մայր գումարը վճարվում է ժամկետի վերջում,
  3. անուիտետային վճարումներ՝ ըստ ժամանակացույցի:

Վարկը տրամադրվում է հաշված րոպեների ընթացքում՝ հենց տեղում՝ ոսկերիչ-գնահատողի կողմից ոսկին գնահատելուց հետո։ Հայտի դիտարկման և վարկի սպասարկման վճարներ նախատեսված չեն: Վարկ ստանալու համար պահանջվում է փաստաթղթերի նվազագույն փաթեթ՝ անձը հաստատող փաստաթուղթ և հանրային ծառայությունների համարանիշ (սոցիալական քարտ):

 

Ոսկյա իրերի գրավադրմամբ վարկերի շրջանակներում վարկը տրամադրվում է ոսկու գնահատված արժեքի մինչև 150%-ի չափով։

ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկն իր հաճախորդներին բացառիկ հնարավորություն է ընձեռում ձեռք բերել ստանդարտացված ոսկու ձուլակտորներ վարկով՝ ձևակերպելով այն որպես գրավ անմիջապես գնման պահին:

Հիշեցնենք, որ ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկն առաջարկում է նաև օգտվել այլ բանկերից և վարկային կազմակերպություններից լոմբարդային վարկերի գնման ծառայությունից՝ գրավի գնահատված արժեքից 30%-ով ավելի գումար ստանալու հնարավորությամբ։ Իսկ ոսկյա իրերի գրավադրմամբ վարկեր ունեցող վարկառու-հաճախորդներին ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկը հնարավորություն է տալիս պարբերաբար ավելացնել գործող վարկի չափը մինչև 10%:
