Խաչիկ գյուղի բնակչին հակառակորդի կողմից սպանության փորձի դեպքի առթիվ քրեական գործ է հարուցվել

2021թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ին, ժամը 14.50-ի սահմաններում, Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի զինծառայողները, ազգային ատելության շարժառիթով, ապօրինաբար կյանքից զրկելու ուղղակի դիտավորությամբ, կրակոց են արձակել ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասի պահպանության շրջանի՝ Վայոց Ձորի մարզի Խաչիկ գյուղի վարչական տարածքում «Դուզ» կոչվող հանդամասում վարուցանք կատարող՝ նույն գյուղի բնակիչ Թ. Ասատրյանի կողմից վարվող «ԴՏ-75» տրակտորի ուղղությամբ: Կրակոցի հետևանքով կոտրվել է տրակտորի ձախակողմյան ապակին: Հակառակորդին, սակայն, չի հաջողվել հանցագործությունն ավարտին հասցնել, քանի որ տրակտորում գտնվող Թ. Ասատրյանին հաջողվել է թաքնվել, նա մարմնական վնասվածքներ չի ստացել:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 13-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, որով նախաքննությունն իրականացվում է ՀՀ ՔԿ ԶՔԳՎ ութերորդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնում:

Հայ֊ադրբեջանական շփման գոտում արձանագրվող հանցավոր դեպքերի վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվության օպերատիվ փոխանակման վերաբերյալ ՀՀ, ՌԴ և ԱդՀ գլխավոր դատախազների միջև ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածության համաձայն՝ Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի կողմից ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքում գյուղտնտեսական աշխատանք կատարող խաղաղ բնակչի սպանության փորձի, դրանով իսկ սահմանամերձ բնակավայրի քաղաքացիական բնակչության կյանքի իրավունքի, բնականոն կենսագործունեության նկատմամբ կատարված հերթական հանցավոր ոտնձգության, նման սադրանքով հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտման դեպքի վերաբերյալ տվյալները փոխանցվել են ռուսական կողմին՝ պատշաճ և օբյեկտիվ համատեղ քննության նախաձեռնմամբ կատարվածին գնահատականներ տալու նպատակով:

Նույն նպատակով ռուսական կողմին է տրամադրվել նաև 2021թ. նոյմեբերի 8-ին, ժամը 15.00-ի սահմաններում, ԱՀ Շուշի-Բերձոր ավտոճանապարհի «Շուշիի տակ» կոչվող տեղանքում Ադրբեջանի ԶՈՒ զինծառայողի կողմից ազգային ատելության շարժառիթով, խաղաղ բնակչությանն ահաբեկելու համար ջրատար խողովակի վերանորոգում իրականացնող Արցախցի 4 քաղաքացիական անձանց ուղղությամբ կրակոցներ արձակելու, դրա հետևանքով 1 անձի սպանելու, 3-ին հրազենային մարմնական վնասվածքներ հասցնելու դեպքի վերաբերյալ նյութերը:
