Արշակ Կարապետյանն աշխանքային այց է կատարել Արցախի Հանրապետություն

Արցախի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության նախարար Կամո Վարդանյանի հրավերով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության նախարար Արշակ Կարապետյանը նոյեմբերի 6-ին երկօրյա աշխատանքային այցով մեկնել էր Արցախի Հանրապետություն:

Պաշտպանության  բանակի հրամանատարի ուղեկցությամբ, Արշակ Կարապետյանն այցելել է մարտական հենակետեր,  հանդիպել  մարտական հերթապահություն իրականացնող զինծառայողներին,  ծանոթացել դիրքերի ամրաշինական, ինչպես նաև հերթապահության կրման սոցիալ-կենցաղային պայմաններին։

Պաշտպանության բանակի զորամասերից մեկում, դիմելով Արցախի սահմանների պաշտպանությունն իրականացնող  զինծառայողներին, Հայաստանի պաշտպանական գերատեսչության ղեկավարն ընդգծել  է, որ խաղաղության  ամենակարևոր գրավականն ամուր և  առաջադրված  մարտական խնդիրները  կատարելու  ունակ  բանակն է:

Բարձր գնահատելով  44-օրյա պատերազմի  և  դրան հաջորդած ժամանակահատվածում Արցախի սահմանների  պաշտպանությունն իրականացնելու գործում ներդրած ջանքերը՝  Արշակ Կարապետյանը պաշտպանության բանակի մի շարք զինծառայողների պարգևատրել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության նախարարության պատվոգրերով և գերատեսչական մեդալներով:

Նույն օրը, Ստեփանակերտում, Արշակ Կարապետյանը, Հայաստանի և Արցախի պաշտպանական գերատեսչությունների համագործակցության շրջանակում, մասնակցել է պաշտպանության բանակի ղեկավար կազմի աշխատանքային խորհրդակցությանը, որի ընթացքում քննարկվել են անվտանգային խնդիրների հետ կապված մի շարք հարցեր։

Նոյեմբերի 7-ին պաշտպանության նախարար Արշակ Կարապետյանն այցելել է նաև  Սյունիքի մարզ, մասնավորապես` Սև լճի տարածք: Նախարարը շրջել է լճի ափամերձ հատվածով, հանդիպել դիրքապահ զինծառայողներին,  շնորհակալություն հայտնել իրականացվող շուրջօրյա մարտական հերթապահության համար։

Խոսելով լճի տարածք ադրբեջանական ստորաբաժանումների ներթափանցման հետ կապված խնդրի հնարավոր լուծումների մասին, նախարարը ևս մեկ անգամ հավաստել է, որ պետական սահմանի վերականգնումն այլընտրանք չունի, և ադրբեջանական զինվորականները պետք է լքեն Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սուվերեն տարածքը։

Այցի ընթացքում Արշակ Կարապետյանն առանձնահատուկ ուշադրություն է դարձրել  բարձրլեռնային այդ գոտում կառուցվող մարտական հենակետերի շինարարության ընթացքին, զինծառայողների կացարանային պայմաններին, և զորամիավորման ղեկավար կազմին հանձնարարականներ տվել կարճ ժամկետում շտկել արձանագրված խնդիրները:
