Ադրբեջանցիների կրակոցներից մահացածը 22 տարեկան էր. մյուս երեք քաղաքացիների վիճակը միջին ծանրության է. լուսանկարներ

Արցախի հանրապետության Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը՝ Գեղամ Ստեփանյանը, ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.

«Նոյեմբերի 8-ին՝ ժամը 15։00-ին, Արցախի Հանրապետության Շուշի քաղաքի մուտքի մոտակա խաչմերուկի հարևանությամբ ադրբեջանական կողմը կրակոցներ է արձակել ջրամատակարարման խողովակների վրա շինարարական աշխատանքներ իրականացնող քաղաքացիական անձանց ուղղությամբ, ինչի հետևանքով տուժել են 4 քաղաքացիական անձինք, որոնցից մեկը՝ 22-ամյա Ե․Մ-ն, մահացել է, երեքին (41-ամյա Ս․Ա, 31-ամյա Մ․Գ․, 43-ամյա Դ․Գ․) ցուցաբերվում է բժշկական օգնություն։ Տուժածների վիճակը բժիշկների կողմից գնահատվում է միջին ծանրության։

Իրավապահ մարմինների կողմից այս պահին իրականացվում են համապատասխան աշխատանքներ դեպքի հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ, ինչի պատճառով Ստեփանակերտ-Բերձոր ճանապարհահատվածի Շուշիի հատվածում երթևեկությունը կարճ ժամանակով դադարեցված է։

Արձանագրված միջադեպը հայ ժողովրդի նկատմամբ ադրբեջանական կողմի հայատյաց, ցեղասպան ու ֆաշիստական վարքագծի հերթական ապացույցն է, որի մասին եռակողմ հայտարարության ստորագրումից ի վեր բազմիցս հայտարարել ենք։

Ադրբեջանական կամայականություններին ու անպատժելիությանը պետք է վերջ դրվի, ինչը հնարավոր է Արցախի ժողովրդի նկատմամբ ադրբեջանական կողմի նման հանցավոր գործողությունների ուսումնասիրության և մեղավորներին պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու համար հստակ մեխանիզմների ներդրմամբ»:
